Constantly stuck on a screen overlay error! Help!!! (Galaxy Note 5)

[AC Question]

It's something to do with the Screen Overlay problem, constantly sending me in a loop of turning apps on & off with no luck. I've done the methods of resetting the app preferences and turning off ALL the apps that may appear on top. No dice. It's version 6.0.1 and as mention, a Galaxy Note 5.
