So my phone was doing some odd things, so I went back to stock wiped data and reloaded 4/11 from scratch after doing this the toggle buttons on the status bar drop down are gone and I can't figure out how to get them back.
Any idea's???

Wipe again. Data, cache, dalvik and flash the formatsystem.zip. then reflash the 4/11. See if that works.

I know its a pain but a complete fresh flash is the way to go. Especially with this Rom. The only other thing you could try would be to wipe cache and dalvik and reflash the 4/11. But I don't think it will work because as zefie stated early on, without a complete wipe including the formatsystem.zip flash, there is data leftover on the phone that needs to be gone for this Rom to function properly.

Also for the future, get titanium backup. Its a life saver for restoring apps and data after a clean wipe.

I just reboot. Works every time. And I have to do it everytime I flash new update. The last few at least.

you could install an app called "notification restart" it restarts the notification bar, no need to reboot.

i run this sometimes when i change themes, because some times the notification bar doesn't update properly

So, a total n00b ? and off topic, but since you mentioned Titanium Backup up there, I'll ask here, I know, I should search. Is there a way to restore you apps with Titanium without hitting Installl and OK on each and every one. Even with a batch restore I have to confirm every app.

The Pro/donate version does not make you confirm each install. It's worth it.

No (unless you have pro), but it only takes an hour lol.

Does this work with the lg optimus V ??

It should work. The only problem you will see that I can think of is that your menu and home keys will be reversed. I know a couple of Optimus V users who have used this rom on their phones. Always do a nandroid backup to be safe though. That way if something isn't right you can easily restore. You can get a key remapper to change the keys if you decide to.

Yes you should be just fine following the steps in the op. Like I said, if you run into troubles you can always restore to your current setup as long as you do a backup.

yea i just flashed it had a few glitches with the market but its fine now but i noticed when I flashed the system format zip at the end it said installation aborted is that dangerous ??
