DROID RAZR MAXX HD: 4.4.2 KitKat Update

The last time an update rolled out, it took a full week before I got it, so I'm trying to be patient. I figure we've been waiting a while for this, what's a few more days... But I have been checking every so often. ;-)
Anyone using the MaxxHD on another carrier gotten it yet? I am wondering if it will mess up the radio edit so it can be used on US GSM carriers. Love my phone and want some kit-kat but if it messes with the edit, I am dead in the water...

Just got the update. Seems to be running smooth. I'll update if I hit any KitKat snags.

Mine is downloading now, San Francisco Bay Area.
I've been checking for updates a couple (read: 20) times a day since it started rolling out this week.
A few minutes ago I plugged it in to charge for the night and decided to check once more. I hit check for update a few times but didn't get the "you are up to date" pop-up. After about the 4th try it said an update was available.
Not that it likely matters but I was on WiFi and on the charger.
I am actually surprised, I wasn't realistically thinking I would get it for at least a few more days.

I'm from Italy.
This morning I received the update notification message.
I bought Maxx HD from another guy so it is not brand new.
I'm on JB 4.1.2 and since I get the phone i have this trouble:
When I lock the screen I have to wait 10-15 seconds to unlock it.
If I try to unlock before 10 seconds the screen remain black.
The same issue happen when I turn off the phone. I have to wait about 20 seconds to reboot.
If I try before 20 seconds the screen begin to blink and after several seconds and after several pressing of power button the phone turns on.
I write this above becaus I downloaded the update, I install it but when the phone try to reboot it I have this issue.
After several seconds the screen return responsitive, I insert my pin code and the phone stars with JB and I see the message that the update was not success.
Someone can help me?

So this will certainly make it easier to wait on the G3 or Note4. Droid has been a good solid device for the most part just time to mix it up a little.All seems fine so far. Less lag for sure.
I had to repair the Bluetooth with the car. I also had to re-rename the phone's Bluetooth ID to the one I use because it reset to the generic name. I wonder why the BT parameters were wiped by the upgrade?

Got my update last night before bed. So far it's running butter smooth and I'm loving the changes that come with KK.

Got the update last night but don't seem to have the emoji keyboard. It's not showing in the input settings. Anyone else having this issue?

I received the update last night on my Droid Razr HD XT926 and the install failed. I am not rooted, running stock rom, etc. Any suggestions. Should I use House of Moto to go back to factory? Any help would be appreciated.
Mine downloaded this morning.....the bombed out too. Just sat at the 'Red M'....tried a factory reset and now am in a boot loop between the 'Red M' and the Android Triage guy. Gah...............................
Just got the update... but what happened to Swype? I know you can download google's keyboard, but to be honest I'm not sure if I like it (and it means I have lost 20 months or personalization data)... but swype has left me!
