Dual eSIM Support?

My wife has a Pixel 7 and I have the 7 Pro. We will be traveling to Europe and I am wondering if both phones support dual eSim (one for our existing service/number and one for the Europe service)? Or do we need to use one physical SIM and one eSim? We are both on the latest iteration of Android 13 OS.

Thanks for the reply. That article says that the Pixel 7's can use dual eSims ".... if your carrier allows". We use Visible here in the US but will use Orange in Europe, so I guess that means that I have to contact both carriers and ask if they support dual eSim? Or maybe just take the simplest approach and get a physical Sim from Orange since I'm already using eSim for Visible, but I was hoping not to have to have to fiddle with a physical Sim.

Can the Pixel support the following configuration ?

Sim #1: Calls, texts and data, as normal
Sim #2: Calls and texts only. Strictly no data usage ever.

That's so I can pop in a local SIM #1 when travelling abroad and still have my home SIM for incoming texts only.
Under no circumstances do I want to incur roaming charges on SIM#2.

I see mention of "preferred networks" in the menu.
That's too vague for me, as I don't want the phone trying to use SIM#2 for data if SIM #1 has a poor signal.
