Your first post was about fps not working properly. Thus i replied.
First of all, it wasn't me you responded to. You can tell who who posts what by reading their names. Read.
Honestly. Youre doing it wrong... I have 2 S10+ and they work flawlessly well for in screen fingerprint. Have you tried OP6T? Or Mi8 Pro? Well i have and i gotta say those are far from good. Let alone flawless... Owh i tried Samsung A50 as well and yeah the in screen fingerprint is a 5/10.far from my S10+s.
Yeah you can say im a fanboy, but you could go through my previous previous posts and tell me about it. XD
And obviously you are doing it wrong. Ask other members and i am sure most of them would agree with me. And when you start talking about Face Unlock its already off topic. As you can see from the video i do not have Face Unlock ON. And you insisted that it is ON. And saying that i dont understand how it works and stuff. You're just a hater and honestly youre the fool.
You also stated :
Honestly, you just don't understand your phones. Having facial recognition unlock your phone while touching the FPS over and over is not the same as the FPS working flawlessly. I have a 10+, and the FPS fails all the time.
Yes, which is followed by more text. I go on to tell you that it would be stupid to ACTUALLY tell you you don't know how to use your phone, just as it is stupid for you to tell others they don't know how to use the FPS properly. I spoke to you the way you speak to others to show you what you sound like, then I explain it to you. Learn to read.
Just typing itself wouldn't help at all. Just saying A is crap B is crap is very useless and it makes you look like a total fool. I however have uploaded proof which obviously you still cant accept and honestly do you even have the phone or are you just "gathering" information?
I haven't called the phone or the FPS "crap". I've documented my experience with it. As far as I can tell, I was the first person to identify skin dryness as a major cause of difficulties, and suggested that lotion makes the experience much better. I've also talked about how the recent update has changed my experience from terrible to moderate. I've discussed how I can get almost a 100% success rate if my fingers have a little bit of lotion or natural oils, but if I've just washed my hands well with soap (which strips off those oils), it won't register at all. I've discussed how registering prints with dry skin does not improve the success rate of fingerprint reads with dry skin.
And i didnt say all S10P are working flawlessly well. For me at least it works flawlessly well. And most of the people i know IRL. Not some google gathered information.
You said that people who are having problems are using it wrong, and used your experience is evidence. But look at the forums. This thread has over 1000 posts. Every place where this phone is discussed, people are having problems with the FPS. QUALCOM ITSELF has acknowledged that the FPS is problamatic. QUALCOM ITSELF is spending time and money on trying to fix the issues.
But you seem to believe that your personal experience, with your fingers and your devices, will be the same as everyone's experience, with their fingers and their devices, if only they would do things "right". That is a stunningly poor position to take. We are talking about electronics interacting with biology. The fact is that there is a good deal of variation in a single person's skin, never mind the variation across people.
Sorry, but you dancing in here and pretending to have some sort of expertise in biometrics because you read the first sentence of a few posts is just wrong.
