Jay he might not have proof about anything, but atleast be a little more respectful, you didn't have any proof for a while there on AndroidForums and we still respected you for what info you had.

I actually do have inside knowledge of new apple products and pre-realeased ones and nothing about the new iphone has been released yet! BUT, I can tell you that it will blow your mind from what I have seen. And why is the ipad so far behind the xoom? The xoom wont do half the things the ipad will do and still costs more! SO its not 4G or LTE as of NOW, I don't see a need for it right now and who is to say that it doesn't have the radio's built into it for LTE??? (HINT< HINT)!!!

I feel like I'm repeating myself, but the Thunderbolt is different. We aren't just talking about a refreshed phone or a refreshed tablet. The iPad 2 still has 3G antennas or strictly wifi.

LTE makes the Thunderbolt a whole new ballgame for Verizon and HTC. Things need to be almost flawless before they release it or before they even announce a release date. Apple in all actuality is a year behind because they aren't implementing LTE in the iPad 2 or even the iPhone 5. It's easy to come out with something on time when there isn't a huge change.

now that is how you announce a new product!! Verizon and htc needs to take notes! That is why apple is so successful, they know how to do a presentation and they deliver on their products. They always make good products, with good prices and on time!! No delays. Ok, back to the thunderbolt quiz game thing!

Indeed, and I completely agree. Verizon still has a couple weeks left before 1st qtr is done, which correlates with their original timeline. I think everyone here would be wise to ignore the rumors from the various "assets" that have posted. Nine tenths of the time, decisions are made that "financial analysts" or otherwise are not privy to, such as actual launch date, etc.

Reading the comments on most of the big tech blogs (engadget, bgr, gizmodo) it seems people are rather upset that the iPad2 is nothing more than a minor refresh that doesn't offer any of the big changes people were hoping for. As such, many are saying they aren't gonna end up buying it

Therefore, I don't expect that Verizon would be unable to handle the launch of both products at the same time. After all, remember this?

Ohh yeah, I forgot to update about that. 1 of them was ANOTHER LTE sign, and the 2nd...you guessed it...the friggen iPhone. They took down the other iPhone ones and they are all LTE and Xoom now, but one of the new ones is Appled. Booooooooo.

No, launch-wise they are two separate days. In terms of delaying the Thunderbolt? Its had more than it's fair share of delays; This beast is ready to go!
