G3 Battery Life experience. Whats yours?

On standby it seems to really do a good job conserving battery life. It is during screen on time that drains. I am hovering between 3.5h to 4h screen on time.

I guess the battery saver apps wont help either (Du, easy batt saver, juice defender) since it is the screen draining.

:(

I think it also depends what you do white the screen is on. I think watching videos isn't a big hit. Maybe browsing is higher by a bit.but games..and different games use more battery..Will eat the battery most

Mines been pretty good. Took it off the charger around two PM its now two AM and I am at roughly 50%. Connected to my G-Watch all day and BT Radio in NY car for about 1.5 hrs. Seems fine too me.

hi, sorry for the late reply, so to turn it off you either go to Settings / apps/ and stop it if is there or use the All-in-one Toolbox or similar to stop it has i did... for me it has worked and now i can have my phone without charging all day and this with 2h to 4h Screen time and still 20% at time to sleep...before was 5h max and NO USE ON PHONE, always burning and compared to my gs4 cores were running at 70% and this last at12%, like wake at 08am and at 11.30 am 40% battery left and me at work so no use.
Than i've installed this All in One app to check this Android System consums up to 60% battery and found it, was MaCafee consuming 50% of it...now Android System 12% and Screen 22% has it should be. I hope that this helps you has it has to me.:D

Battery won't be good but I wonder how long before someone makes a new battery pack for it. Phone seems thing enough that a battery back that sticks out 2mm and an added case shouldn't be that big of a deal.

Zero Lemon supposedly has something in the works.

I'm not an all day power user and have plenty of access to wall and car charging during the day. That being said, battery life on my LG OG was better but in all fairness the older phone did not have this larger, higher rez screen to power.

After 9 hours (including over night standby) I'm at 71%. I keep everything on with brightness on auto and time out at 1-2 minutes.

I am a power hungry user. I do a lot of Pandora and web browsing throughout the day.

I'm post a couple more screen shots but this was after my first full charge. Not bad. 4 hours of screen time and at 36

No games. Minimal videos. Purely browsing.

But browsing is super intensive and scales hard with higher rez. It drains my Flex at a level comparable to gaming on most modern sites.

Yeah, a lot of battery and security apps especially the junk security apps will drain your battery and push OS/system percentage way up...

So I'm fine with anything over 5 hours of screen time.
