GB Rom Leaked for HTC EVO

I DL'd last night and the flash error'd out stating the update script was missing. Any one else see this? I DL's from the mirror in the OP.

Perhaps a the file uploaded there has somehow become corrupted. I didn't run into one problem flashing it when it released other than the brightness issue. Did you happen to may have to forgotten to wipe something during the flash or may have not had the .zip on the SD'd root or idk man.
ROM is awesome once you get it up and running though. 
No other issues that I know of. I wiped as I have with every other ROM, so I don't think that's the issue. The .zip file was in the same location as all the other ROMs I normally flash to, so I don't think that's the problem either. I'm guessing a bad DL, so I will try the DL again and see if it works.
Yup, looks like the first DL went bad. Just flashed it up and it's booting now...

Gotta say, I am enjoying the Sense/GB experience. I have run quite a few of the stock GB ROMs before, but they always came with one headache or another (non-functional GPS, no front camera, no 4G, etc...). I like having the updates that GB brings with the functionality of Sense! Looks like my new daily driver!

Cool deal, are you experiencing the brightness issue? Where you can't make the screen dimmer.

No worries, simply download the .zip and place it on the root of your SD card. After which just flash as you would any other ROM. Enjoy.

What process did you use to root your phone? Are you able to boot into recovery? If so, do you see S-Off in the upper right corner?
anybody have crappy 4G signals with this rom? my 4G barely works, ill be across the street from a 4g tower and only get 1/2 to 3/4 signal strength. 4g dl speeds are slow too. i tried flashing the new radios from calkulin and updating profile but to no avail.
by slow 4g speeds i mean 2-2.5 mps, where im getting 4-6 mps on 2.2 sense and 6 or 7 mps on cm7.

4G has always been hit or miss for me in Austin. I typically just keep it off as it is a huge battery hog when not connected with the radio turned on. I'll try it out in a few stops where I know it works and see if there is a big signal difference from what I have seen in the past.
Tried out the 4G in areas where I normally get signal and seem to be getting the same signal strength. On the down side I installed the new netflix app on this ROM and it won't stream anything! I am so bummed about this cuz I love this ROM. Looks like I'm going ROM hunting again. Anyone else seeing this or am I just the "lucky one?"
Update: I restored my Sprint Lovers ROM and installed the Netflix app and it's working perfectly. I'm dissapointed that it didn't work in this GB Sense ROM, but I guess that's just the nature of custom ROMs. You win some, you lose some. It's nice to have the option to restore between the two ROMs! I will probably stick with the GB Sense ROM as my daily driver and restore back to my Sprint Lovers ROM to use the Netflix app. I don't really see myself streaming a lot of Netflix through my phone, but I'm sure it will come in handy from time to time! As a side note, Netflix works flawlessly on my wife's stock EVO, so I always have that as an option as well. Another good reason for me to use the GB Sense ROM as my daily.

I had the Martin's Rom. The only difference I noticed was the boot screen( when you shut down) changed. And the some of the settings screen changed. Did I miss something? Is the leak the same as his ROM? When I backed up with titanium I backed all apps, data and systems settings, was that incorrect? Should I back up only apps or apps and data? The reason I switched back is because, I tried to use my camera and the screen turned bright white. So I didn't try to figure why...I just switched back to stock.

So the OP for this ROM initially just released the source code. Then TMartin posted a flashable zip for the ROM, so I believe that is what everyone is using. Anytime you flash to a different ROM you should always wipe Data/Cache/Dalvik before flashing the new ROM. This is fairly standard procedure unless you are flashing to an update version of the same ROM, then wiping Data is not necessary unless the Dev specifically says to do so. You might want to do a full wipe and then try to reflash the ROM and see if that helps with the issues you are seeing.
