When I placed my order on 10/22 (Thursday) via Huawei's site; I got an email with the order number starting with "HUAWEI" and then followed by 8-numerical digits; so basically reads as "HUAWEIXXXXXXXX" ... that is my confirmation number.

I ordered the 6P in Graphite and 64gb storage. My total came out to $549.00 and no tax charged.

All I got was an email confirming my order however my card hasn't been charged yet and I have not received any other e-mail from them giving a tracking # or an anticipated ship/arrival date.

You won't get another email until it ships.

Still haven't received shipping info since I made this thread but I did receive info from the financing company I used through Huawei website. So there is light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully this means it's shipping this week.

I got that info same time as my phone order confirmation stating first payment due 11/15. Hope I have the phone by then. Ordered 10/16, 32gb silver one.

Ordered mine (32 GB Graphite) 10/19. At that time, the estimated shipping was "Early November." So, now I play the waiting game.

Ordered an aluminum 64GB on 10/19. Credit card was charged on the 20th. Still waiting for any new info besides the confirmation email of the purchase. I'm starting to regret making the purchase through Huawei. Yes I saved $ on sales tax, but I wonder if those who ordered through Huawei are going to be stuck with poor customer service.

My card was charged on October 1st but it still says processing. I was curious if they had updates but their live chat won't even open. I would not suggest ordering from them.

So for those of you who were "told" that the device will ship in "November" .... did you guys go through the financing route?

I paid outright for mine on Huawei's site and have not received any type of information stating when to expect arrival.

i just contacted hauwei on my order and was told there was a delay on the orders and would begin shipping mid to late november. i cancelled my order. i order thru them assuming i would get it early november. i should have order thru google. at least they don't charge you for the phone until it ships.

If that's the case that really sucks. I ordered through them thinking we'd get them around the same time Google was sending them out. I'm going to wait to cancel until I can order at 64GB through the Google Store.

Did you order the 32, 64, or 128 gb version?

I talked to a Huawei rep and he explained that only the 128 GB was shipping in late November. The others were shipping in early-to mid November.

I did the financing through Huawei. When I ordered last Monday, the site said the estimated shipping was "Early November." That's the only information I've received aside from the order confirmation and the payment schedule for the financing. I'll leave the order in place for now and see what happens although I joined the waitlist for the Graphite 32 and 64 on the Google Store.

FYI, Google Store - 32 GB Aluminum is showing as in-stock (2-3 weeks,) everything else is out of stock.

I just contacted them and they claim day one orders are prepping now and if you ordered in the first few days (which I did), I should get it in early November. We shall see. Google Store isn't an option right now anyway. I'll hope for the best.

I just called and gave my order number and was told it will ship mid to late November. Hopefully that's just a broad estimate since I ordered on the 30 of September. 32gb graphite. I would hope to be in the first batch of phones they send out.

This is what seems odd to me. If Google can't get inventory any faster than Huawei, why are Google orders being shipped while Huawei orders might not ship for another 3-4 weeks? I know this is assuming when Huawei will ship, but my order from Google arrives tomorrow and my Huawei order is still processing. Not complaining, just curious as to what is going on with the Huawei inventory.

The online chat person told me that my order will be shipped late November since it was ordered after 10/20 (ordered 64 GB on 10/22).

Xda people are posting shipping info on devices ordered from Huawei. They are coming. Seems they are shipping from Ft Worth. Haven't seen mine yet, but didn't order until 10/14.
