Just spoke with customer service. If you ordered 64gig or less on October 21st, you should expect it mid November. So that seems to fit with what the website said when I ordered and what others have said here.

He also said that Huawei will be publicly announcing the phone later this week. So maybe those early purchasers will get them shipped this week.

Not really that bad for a company that had almost zero product awareness here in the states. Moving all that product here for Google and themselves.

Customer service was great and answered the phone with no hold time. That was very Googley as well. Good job Huawei!

I've been waiting a week. I'm going to call my credit card company and file reversal tonight if necessary. It's on hold and they still have my money. I won't be dealing with them directly again.

I called them too about my order placed on October 3rd for the Aluminum 64GB, and Jeff from customer service told me some orders will start shipping at the end of the week, and will be shipped out in batches. Don't know if there is any truth in what he said. When I ordered on October 3rd, it specifically said shipping in late October. A few days after that it changed to early November, and now mid November. This experience has pretty much turned me off of buying anything from Huawei's website. I'll stick with Google, Amazon, or maybe Best Buy next time a Nexus comes around.

Yes, they charge interest. How much interest depends upon your credit.

For what it's worth, Huawei no longer has the "Preorder" text on the Nexus 6P page, so this could mean the first shipments are around the corner.

I got the email! Mine just shipped as well!! I ordered the aluminium 64GB Nexus 6P on Oct 8. I can see the order when I log in. It just says order complete. Can't seem to find a way a track it.

I can't see it either, but I did call them just a few minutes ago, and Shari from customer service said A few of the early batches have shipped, and if we got an email saying it shipped we should have it anywhere between Friday and next Tuesday. She could not tell me who the shipping carrier was. She didn't have that info which I thought was strange, but it looks like my Nexus 6p did ship.

Still don't feel Ike I'm quite out of the water yet. I got email confirmation it shipped, but don't see a tracking number. A shipping number from Huawei is provided but that just directs me to another page on their website. Nothing that directs me to a FedEx or UPS website. Also when directed to their shipping website there's no other info shown besides the shipping number.

Ahh. I ordered 64 graphite. Seems like everyone getting shipping notices are the aluminum. Maybe they going out first?

I think so. I have been following a different Nexus 6p forum for Huawei orders and it appears all of the Aluminum colors are being shipped, in all sizes. Nothing from Graphite or Frost. I ordered 64GB Graphite so maybe we will hear something in the next several days.

Looks like all graphite configs are out of stock now. I should have ordered it yesterday like I planned to. Aluminum is still in stock but I'm not digging that one a lot. I'd really prefer the frost white but it's not offered through them.
