I opened a case # today with USPS as my phones have not yet been received. It has been 14 days so far.

I finally got my credit this morning. It was a 3 week process since shipping. So there is still hope if it's only been two weeks. USPS still shows that the phone is in transit.

Mine was 15 days from mailing the phone to the credit received in my account. The USPS tracking never did update to show that it was delivered, it's still 'moving through network, arriving late'.

Yeah we see i got in contact with Google support and this the follow up

USPS sent me an email saying that I need to contact google regarding this issue of not receiving my two phones in trade.
google says they will escalate the issue.

I don't know what else to do at this point, not happy at all about google and usps.

I hope you get a positive response from Google.
It's a shame we have to go through this.

Even if I went with Verizon, I still would of had to ship my phone to them.

Mine first showed as having departed the Nashville Annex on 10/27. I finally put in a ticket with Google today (having passed the 14 days in shipping threshold others have indicated they needed) about two hours ago, and while I don't know whether it was a result of their efforts or just a happy coincidence, I just received the confirmation of receipt by Google (though USPS hasn't had any updates).

I'm 10 days away from 1 month in transit. We're reaching the point of absurdity. I opened a case with Google last night and it's being escalated to a specialist. We'll see if mine magically appears with the trade-in company as happened with @Jeremy8000 after a case was logged (it's been overnight since I logged the case and didn't get the email yet).

Hadn't checked USPS tracking for a few days but looks like it was finally delivered on November 3rd. Seattle to Tennessee took October 18th to November 3rd

Haven't received confirmation from Google yet about receiving the trade in. Hopefully that happens in the next few days.
