I finally got my shipment notification on Tue, Nov 20, 2012 at 3:02 PM

For those interested:

Order date: Nov 13, 2012 8:45:38 AM PST
Items: (2) 16GB + bumper
Location: Toronto, ON

I was in limbo for a while so hopefully this means the rest of you who didn't get a back-order email will be getting one of these emails soon =)

I'll let you guys know when I receive it!!

I am not sure... But, its a 20 minute subway ride from where they are shipping it from. Hah..

They did not wave my shipping cost. but at this point I don't really care about 17 bucks.

They didn't waive the shipping fee because they don't consider this delayed like the back ordered ones. Can't wait.

My status has now changed to "Pending" as of this afternoon. Not a good scene....

I'm in the same boat, Toronto, Canada here. I got the backorder unfortunately though, but that was last week and my delivery has just now been changed from the 15th to pending.. Can't be good but I guess there's really not much we can do about it.

My status has also been changed to pending today from shipping November 15th. My guess is they have finally caught up with their servers and eliminated the meaningless shipping dates that they had for everyone.

This is odd. Google refunded my payment earlier today, and now suddenly they have charged me again.... Status currently says pending.
