Latest GB radio! (from 2.11.605.3)

Stupid noob question...On XDA, they have two files, one for CDMA and one for LTE. In this thread, there is just one file. Does the file in the OP have both radios or just one?

Thanks!

I grabbed the one from Android Police which was one zip file with both radios but I believe the one on XDA is two files if its anything like the last leak... One for CDMA and one for LTE.

I hate having to flash two separate radio files. I understand that some may want to mix and match but I never do. Adrynalyne's radio thread I linked to in the op has all the radios in one zip file.

Yeah. The one from Android Police is one file with both radios. That's what I used. It seems ridiculous to separate it into two without good reason.

Very unofficial battery test... Saturday evening... LTE... stock battery... 5hrs 20min... 87% battery life.

Can't run it any longer since I need a full charge tomorrow for the Viking's home game.

I flashed this earlier by renaming it PG05IMG.zip and I still have the 1.48.00.0817 baseband?....

I'm confused. I'm running das Bamf Forever and need a new radio. Battery is horrible.

Nevermind. All is good. I tried using cwm. I needed to run it through hboot as an update.

Haven't flashed anything in a while. Thanks for helping scratch the itch. :)

I've had problems with reconnecting with data after losing my signal (usually after riding an elevator) so a new radio always brings the chance for a fix.

I still have connection issues with this radio. 4g is hit or miss and at certain times i notice i have no data connection at all. I can see why gb hasnt been released yet officially. Still very buggy as far as staying connected.

Did you go into Settings > About phone > Software information > More... look for Baseband version... make sure it says you have 1.48.00.0906w_1, 0.01.78.0906w_2

Second... after it's loaded and sitting for a short period... did you reboot your device again... I found this helps a LOT.

That is the version i have. Im starting to think maybe verizon is just having issues with their network. Ive used three different radios in the last 3 weeks coming from chingys radio and theyve all had similar connectivity issues.

I've had good luck with Chingy's radio... but also I linked a good source for radios in my signature... it has separated LTE and CDMA radio into two separate files, including the most recent radio files.

There is no reason your radio should have issues for 3 weeks. Your profile says you are using Gingeritis 3D. You might want to consider flashing a new ROM... of course you should make a current backup first, and do a full data wipe, wipe cache and wipe Dalvik cache prior to loading a new ROM. If you still get the same results and want to go back to Gingeritis you could very easily by flashing back to your backup file... at least that is what I'd do to figure out what's wrong.

Im actually on das bamf forever now. My profile is outdated. I always do full wipe anytime i flash a new rom. I may go back to that rom and radio. I think id rather deal with a camera issue vs a network issue.

Of course... but flashing back to a backup copy will not reload your radio... but it's worth checking out to see if that is your issue.

1.48.00.0906w_1, 0.01.78.0906w_2

I flashed the new radio yesterday along with BAMF Forever 1.06.

Battery life today is a struggle. I have bad 4G reception at my office and expect to see the phone on 3G most of the day. This morning I was on 1X for the first 30 minutes after arriving at the office and am losing about 9-10% per hour (stock battery) when last week I was losing about 5% per hour.

I'll give it a day or 2 to settle down. If battery life continues this bad I'll restore the radio and my nandroid and flash the ROM and radio separately to troubleshoot.

yes

Using this RUU will wipe all data on your device! Please make a backup of all sensitive data before proceeding. Similarly, you will lose root if you flash this. It is unclear right now whether or not this version is easily rootable. Proceed with caution!
As always, Android Police is not liable for any damage caused to your device if you choose to use this RUU.

I was searching for the file in android police with no luck, do you know where it is filed under.
