Before i get attacked for this question must put out a disclaimer... Not a trump supporter.. Not a republican... am just a person who wants politics out of my entertainment .

Have tried to shut off cards, all the liberal networks and google notifications yet every day i get a anti trump left leaning article shoved in my phone usually from NBC/MSNBC or CNN which I have said I am not interested in numerous times.

Is there a setting I am missing to stop google sending me their daily dose of liberal articles that i have no interest in reading cause it is annoying now 14 months from an election............. Is there a way to stop their push even when you have asked them to stop it? Just want somewhere to go with no politics and my phone is my only hope.

Google isn't sending them. If you're seeing them in your web browser, it's the site you're going to. If they're popups, it's an app you installed. If it's email and you clicked a "click here to stop these emails" link, that assures that you'll keep getting even more emails.

It's not your phone, it's not Google, it's how the internet works. It's been taken over by poeople who see it as a way of making money (for about the last 15 or 20 years).

Where are these popping up? Inside of an app, in the Google feed, as a notification?

If it's notifications, you should be able to at least disable those.

If it's the Google feed you should be able to turn off the cards.

dint clarify... no it is a" google suggested article " comes in a notification each morning when i wake up ... i have already shut off ALL google chrome notifications ( thought that was it once also)

no they are popping up as "google suggested articles" have shut off cards, shut off google chrome notifications shut off about everything yet each day i get a article from a news agency i have clicked not interested on and it is always anti trump anti gun anti red state anti everything ..... once again not a republican goose stepping white supremacist i am just tired of the same old articles repeating

Sounds like the Newsstand app and you can tell the app that you don't want stories from that particular source within the app, other than that it could be the News and Weather app but I don't have that on my Nokia 8. If you could provide a screenshot then that would help us identify what could be causing this issue for you.
