Nexus sales banned - do I get mine?

Too risky. Your gambling that the supply of phones that are already out there will run out. This phone has been out for a while I bet existing stock is quite high.

For the value of the Gnex to up, there has to be a high enough demand which I can't see happening.

Price is determined by the intersect of supply and demand. How much demand does there have to be for price to go up if supply is near zero? If the supply does in fact dry up, which it may not, I think the price will go up.

Plus you are essentially buying it for the best part of $400 when you include shipping and tax.....I don't see it as a money making venture, there really seems to be little buzz about the phone from the masses, unlike say the SGlll.

Louisville is the wolrdwide airhub for UPS. If you have a package in the UPS system that goes airborne, it goes thru Louisville.

Have there been any updates on the injunction story? I thought I read that on Monday, yesterday, the judge would consider freezing or postponing the injunction, but I haven't seen anything else about that, or about when Apple might post the supposed $96 million bond. -?

Ordered on Friday and it arrived today, it was sitting waiting for me when I returned from my business trip. I will be spending the next few hours charging it, loading my apps and then finally pulling my SIM from my iPhone 4S and taking this baby for a spin. I can't wait for some Jelly Bean goodness.

Just did a little searching of the internets, and didn't find whether Apple actually posted the bond.

I'm sure Tim Cook could just send a bike messenger over to Judge Koh's chambers with his pocket change...
