No network connection

I am getting a persistent "No network connection" right above the three soft buttons. It is currently present as I'm on WiFi posting this. It was also present earlier when I had full 4g service. One of the most interesting things was that I had Bixby take a screenshot and the message was missing from the screenshot. Perhaps because it's a system message? I've tried changing my mobile networks (global vs lte/cdma vs lte/gsm) with no change. Sometimes turning off and on WiFi clears it (obviously with no impact while not on wifi). Anyone else having this issue?
