It rendered my Ring app next to useless; wiped out the Live View feature. My other Note10 Plus through Xfinity hasn't been updated and Ring is working fine on that phone.

Just updated to v 10 on note 10 plus and ring live view is working fine for me.

No black bar under my keyboard on ATT.

As always the new Android update is just meh.. People always get in a hurry for nothing. I don't really like it, Goodlock doesn't work with it yet and there is an annoying black bar under the keyboard now.

OMG! The update currupted my SD Card...... Not sure how that happened. I wonder if it is because I encrypted it. I'm so upset.

For others using a Sd card its suggested to remove the Sd card before updating.

Anyone having issues with the phone after the update. My phone is crashing and restarting randomly.

Before factory resetting perhaps try clearing the phones system file cache by turning the phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache.

I would decrypt it as well before removing it, just in case, you can always encrypt it again once you are satisfied that the update is stable and phone is working properly.
After all, this isn't just a small Samsung update or security patch, it's the whole system so maybe better safe than sorry

Thanks for all the suggestions. I ended up removing and reinserting the SD card to get it to work again, decrypt it and was able to factory reset the phone.

I did have a lot to issues everyone is pointing out on this forum. After factory resetting the phones, all of these problems went away. I can assume it's due to an incompatible app I had installed on my phone.

Go into settings, display, navigation bar. You can easily get rid of the black bar under your keyboard.

Settings>Display>Navigation Bar>toggle the button to show button to hide keyboard off.

This area is on Gboard and stock keyboard now

I've actually been hoping to get this with Gboard. I much prefer it to the stock keyboard, but that space makes it easier for me to type with the tiny bottom bezel of the 10.

After my Note 10+ upgrade to Android 10 I noticed that the Torque Pro App and My Backup Pro App could not see the SD Card. I was running both apps off of the SD card before the upgrade and had no issues. After the upgrade both apps seemed to be having problems seeing/accessing the SD card. After removing both apps I reinstalled them but did not move them to the SC Card at first. Both apps worked okay again. I then moved the apps to the SD card and they worked there as well.
I have not used all my apps after the upgrade yet, but I would not be surprised if there are a few more that might have issues.

Samsung also has to integrate the patch to make this work though. So we could be looking at a while.

Mine is working fine after the update. Mine is also encrypted. Have you tried wiping cache from Recovery? That's usually one of the first things I do after an upgrade.

Bricked true caller. Won't acknowledge that it is set as default. When "Don't ask me again" is selected, the phone locks up.


Also gets caught in a o loop after uninstalling an app. So far, I am not impressed.
