I sent all my info in on 11/24 and they took delivery on 11/25. They have since said no email can be found. They asked for proof, I sent them the USPS delivery receipt. They then came back about 2 weeks later asking if I sent the confirmation email or the needed documents. I then sent them a photo of all the included documents and delivery receipt, and that was 2 weeks ago and not a word. All-in-all I am very dissatisfied with the process and will be getting screwed out of my money and my trade which I would have kept otherwise. Perhaps I should send them a bill for having to trade in the phone and then not getting what was owed. Sorry, but WTF!!
