Note 4, hands down. Most has already been covered. Removable battery, removable SD card, IR blaster. I would like to add, a track record. The Note 5 is new. I never buy anything as important as my smart device when it first comes out because it really hasn't been tested by the masses. What they print as release specs and how it performs in the real world are not always the same. The Note 4 is a power house, and has a track record long enough to know it doesn't have any odd quirks. The Note 5 "may" prove to be a reliable phone, but we really don't know until it has been out a while. Even if it did prove reliable, I would still go with the Note 4 for all the reasons above.
