Ok (uhoh!!) now you lost me. I don't know which kernel. I just followed the steps that Corey posted and used all his links.

What kernel is SAFE to use with EB01??

Every version of EB01 you can load up here has a kernel included whether it is the stock EB01, debloated/deodexed, or one of the superclean ROMs. The EB16 nonvoodoo kernel in Adrynalyne's superclean thread is safe. You can also check out JaeKar99's thread. He has done a lot of work and a great job letting you know which kernels, roms, and themes are safe with which build:

what is happening when you try to move the file

Well everything runs smooth and great, but I just discovered that when I try to turn bluetooth on, my phone vibrates a bunch of random fast bursts and then bluetooth just never comes on.

Any ideas on this issue? I tried to do a thread search but couldn't find anything cohesive.

Thanks

I am sorry guys, I went back to edit it. I meant what Voodoo Kernel. Thanks for your SUPER FAST responses, drinking a bud light for yall, In Texas :)

Well now that you've changed you post and are asking what voodoo kernel is safe, I have to ask why do you want to try voodoo? Read Gunnermike53's thread here:
http://forum.androidcentral.com/ver...ks/55753-how-voodoo-updated-3-mar-2011-a.html
and pay heed to the warning he gives about getting comfortable with flashing roms, kernels, themes, etc., and just navigating around your phone in general before attempting voodoo. It is much easier to make a mistake that will brick your phone on voodoo. The rule of thumb is get proficient doing everything you need to do with your phone on non voodoo first before attempting voodoo. But please answer my question about why you want to use a voodoo kernel.

im connected to pc via usb its comming up as drive g when i try to "send to" to g it says insert a disk into drive g

There have been numerous problems reported with bluetooth on EB01. Could be one of the reasons Samsung and Verizon have not officially released Froyo for our phones yet. No known fixes yet.

EDIT - Have you seen this thread over at XDA? Some people have reported some success with the fix mentioned in this thread:
