Online order people, do you have a tracking number?

YES! Tracking numbers, finally. I was getting a bit worried.

Mine wasn't picked up till just a few minutes ago.

Weird. Mine have only gone out Fedex. Fedex is reporting it was already picked up. I was hoping 2 day would include Saturday delivery. Oh well. Does your tracking number begin with 1z or just numbers?

If it starts with 1Z it's UPS.

just got an email from verizon saying it's via UPS with UPS tracking code but when I enter into the order status its still not updated and still says it's via Fedex.

they need to frustrate me more even at this point in time. LOL

UPS is awful about updating tracking numbers.

Mine is different as well. But I'm thinking the first is service order, meaning something that may not result in a package like adding a feature to your plan. While 2nd is the actual physical order number as its number X package to go out.

no tracking # yet ordered online at 0320am I got emails that I placed order It better get here tomorrow morning thats when fedex dellivers! But if I keep seeing the bad battery post and low avlailable memory issues I may just send them back and wait for Bionic Still deciding!

They told me tracking wouldnt even work until tomorrow morning but it started working 4 hrs after i got off the phone from ordering.

Just keep it in mind tracking is ussually very slow. People are lazy and dont scan the package, I got stuff before tracking even worked so dont worry.

But the lady on the phone told me if i bought it online and didnt pay extra for shipping i wouldnt have the phone until mon or tues so dont be suprised...

I messe up

Ordered online this morning 7:15, didn't see the overnight option, as I was ready to check out, a chat poped up. I said I was ordering a Thunderbolt, and asked if she could do it with free overnight shipping. She said all Thunderbolt orders that were placed in the morning were going out overnight. I went along with that, and against my gut feeling, didn't call in a little later to verify her info was correct. Well guess what? Won't be here to till Monday when I'm gone for 3 days. When I got the email with the tracking info, I called in to see if they could fix it to ship overnight, but it was too late. Guess you cant trust anyone to know what they're talking about.

Anyone who paid for overnight shipping if you just take 5 min to call 611 they will refund the 8.99 without much hassle. Just an fyi.
