Are we really freaking out about this? We've waited several weeks already, so I'm sure another week (probably less) won't be that bad. Let's not lash out at the people who bring us the info, either. Phil didn't delay the launch. He's just a guy who gets to enjoy a Nexus anyways, for which I am jealous. Incorrectly blame P3Droid; he's used to it by now.
Nothing Viagra won't cure. The only certainties in life impermanence.
Supposedly it is more than just razr's that are having issues.
Yes, last minute bugs pop up. HOWEVER, there is a review for a launch that must be met before you approve the release to the channels. It's reasonable to assume that approval was provided, as phones where shipped. If there was approval, then there was acceptance in it's current state.
Something other than a bug caused this delay.
For what it's worth, my VZW representative for their SF Financial District location just called me to let me know that I could pick mine up on Friday morning.
This was subsequent to the front page article being posted at approximately 10:00AM PST.

And I mean really lost it
I still think that verizon will release it friday and was just mad that someone leaked that date without them being able to announce it first. Makes no sense to send the phones to stores if it was not ready to be sold.
This happened with the Charge. It was in stores, posters up, demos up, etc and then they had to take it allll down because of that big LTE outage in May. Release of the Charge was delayed a week or so.
