Any way to get the iso selection option back into the camera? Pull the htccamera.apk from 2.5 and install it as an app? What about the previous htcmusic app with fake beats (liked it better)? Same method?


Edit: It worked fine. Cleared both caches in recovery and all is well

Aren't the lighting settings in the cleanROM cam pretty much the same thing as ISO settings?

Also, does anyone run security stuff like AVG or Lookout? Will this cause problems, or recognize the ROM or any of its components as a virus? Any of you guys run them? What do you think?

So, yesterday I got everything dialed in. Turned phone on from being on overnight 2 hours ago. Phone has been on for 2 hours, awake less than 25 mins. Batt down 12%. How does this compare with y'all?

I think it's the beats audio thats now in the rom and I agree I don't think it's worth it. Everything kinda auto adjusts to the style of music your listening too but I've been getting crackling in my music as well as poor sound via my AD2P headset. I'm thinking about going back to 2.5.

Doing a little poking around, seems that battery being winky is normal after flashing a ROM....? Will keep an eye on it. Am taking screenshots of battle use to post from my home comp later...

today with heavy usage (bluetooth calls and music, my tracks, and many many calls) i have 40% battery remaining after 9h and 53m on the battery. this is clean rom 2.5.

very happy with this.

I am at 14% after 9hrs. 22mins. of being on, 3hrs. 42mins. Of being awake. Some web traffic, downloaded about 500 megs of info VIA WiFi for the N.O.V.A. games, 1 or 2 calls. Display is far and away the biggest culprit.

You guys aren't kidding about the bluetooth music. I don't use the stock music player much, but today it popped up randomly in the car when I started it and man, it's horrible now. I'm glad I use alternatives or I'd have to revert the ROM.

Is there a way to make the overall system sounds louder? It seems since 2.6.1 everything is generally a lot lower than before even including the speakerphone.

Anyone else hate beats audio? I was waiting so long to get it and now that I have it, I hate it. My music sounds awful now. All it does is crank up the vocals and bass. My music has no mids. Then HTC tricks you by putting HTC audio enhanced on there which sounds even worse like everything is turned extra low. I want the option to delete or turn off beats and all enhancers. I liked the old setting where there were no enhancements.

Regular camera is up to 8mp, is there any change on the resolution in 3d, or does it stay the same?

Thanks for the help, but you need to search for volume+ with no space to find it I believe. But yeah that is the one I was talking about. Thanks again!

Volume + control or volume control plus is not the correct app, and it won't boost you sound unless you pay for the pro version.

I noticed when I record video it saves it as a 3gp. I want to save as mp4. Even when I change it to mp4 it still saves it as a 3gp. Any thoughts?

Dunno about you, but I have an option in settings to save in either format. This ROM rules....

I racked up an 16 hour battery cycle yesterday. Over 4 hours of surfing, gaming, etc. In there, weather synced, etc.

Ok I guess I didn't make myself clear. Yes I have that option too but even when I select save as mp4, it does not save as mp4. The format still records as 3gp. Other than that, I love this ROM. Battery life with Juice Defender Ultimate is by far the best battery life I have experienced with any smartphone I've ever owned.
