You may need to try and Odin back to EC05, run the OCR CWM 3.0.2.5. and get a GPS lock first. Then afterwards flash Gingerbread and see what happens.

Dang! I am having the same problem with the latest ROM, no gps fix. I Odin'd back to EC05, got a gps lock in a matter of seconds, and then flashed back to Gingerbread. Still doesn't work. I don't need gps right away so I may just leave Gingerbread on until someone can find a fix. (I even try flashing the gps fix separately and still no luck.)

It is for some, others it's not. No fix yet for the unlucky ones.

Thats alright I have other options. Besides working GPS and all the other stuff is more important to me at this point than FM Radio. Thats just an extra unexpected goodie. I'm sure eventually it will be fixed.

OK, I decided to Odin back to stock EC05 again. Now my GPS still doesn't work. So, if I flashed the EC03 modem when I had Gingerbread installed, does using Odin to go back to EC05 put the EC05 modem back on?

OK, this is my last question...today When I flash to EC03 form stock EC05, it does not install the EC03 modem, right? So why would my GPS work in EC05 and not in the updated EC03?

Flashed TW4.0 on this ROM and it's much cleaner looking than TW3.0. You can also add or change dock icons and select the number of home screens.

This is how I was able to get my GPS working again from EE03.

1. Make back up in CWM of EE03
2. Restore CWM 3.0.2.5 back up of SRF 1.1.0
3. Reboot and get a gps lock
4. Return to CWM flash EE03 without wiping anything. Restore>Advanced just restore system and data from EE03.

So far so good, only bug I've noticed is occasionally when switching from 4g back to 3g you have to toggle airplane mode to get 3g kicked in the pants and working again. Not a big deal really as it happens randomly.

its starting to become a big deal. I guess I will have to flash back. Since its not handing off wifi or 4g to 3g properly cant send picture mail unless I turn one back off and on gets annoying after awhile

Thanks I guess I am a little confused. How can I get a back up of the SRF 1.1 if I never had it on my phone?

You can't but I think you know that. If the zip fix and reflashing doesn't work for you then you will need to return to an ec05 Rom, whether that is stock or srf, and get a GPS lock then flash ee03 with out wiping.

Well keep in mind as good as this leak is running there is still going to be some bugs, this is obviously one of them. I guess we'll see you when the next build comes out or official release whichever is first.
