Maps has 11 repeaters that can be shut off. The app will act as normal with these off. You'll need some type of auto start manager to turn them off.So, I'm still trying to figure out what's draining my battery. Can anyone decipher anything from the screenshot I provided? Granted, I should probably post another screenshot later in the day, because I just turned my phone on about an hour ago and haven't done anything with it (I guess the "11 hours" on battery is from yesterday?), and I actually just took it off the charger after I took that screenshot. Like I said, I'll try to post another pic later today, but anything stand out to anyone that knows about this kind of stuff?

Edit: I should also add, I don't know why the phone and Maps are as high as they are, I haven't used either at all today (or yesterday, really).
Maybe download a task killer. I know some people say they're bad, but not when you have apps draining your battery

Does AOKP have any known glitches? I had one just now, the phone went offline for some reason (data /radio) and only a reboot could get it back. The only thing I toggled was sound off, after an hour or so I toggled it back on and tried to make a phone call but got an offline message.

I say they're bad, lol. More harm than good. Many, many apps need to run in the background taking up hardly any memory or battery.. Task killer kills them, they relaunch, etc.. That whole process uses much more power and memory than the app itself would.
None that I've experienced... The one you describe could have just been a hiccup. I generally try and wait til something weird occurs a few times before I stress it. That could also be kernel related tho.. Don't know what you're running, faux's kernel comes with aokp but I prefer franco.

I dunno, I mean prior to my current battery woes, I'd usually finish the day with about 50-60% left. Now I'm seemingly grazing the 30-40 range, sometimes even less than that.
Edit: Haha, cool, I just noticed I got to have post # "1337" in this topic.![]()
Nothing wrong with your phone, pound a cold one and party on.
