Yes. Opening the app did not restore the icon to the home screen. The app can be launched from the bad icon on the home screen, it's only the graphic which is wrong.
I was only trying nova because it had a way to save/restore my home screen layout, whereas with the default launcher I had to redo everything every time I did a clean flash. If it can't restore icons for some reason I'll just ditch it.
I get the green icons if I restore Nova before I upgrade Nova to the latest version. The Nova version in AOKP may be older than the one in the market.

Just a question about 4.2.x does this fix the issue I got when we went from ICS to JB and the pictures viewing? By this I mean when I first got the phone and took a picture I was able to go into gallery and see the thumbnail, after the jump to JB after a picture and check gallery i see a icon. my way around this is to cut and paste files into a folder on my PC and than to cut and paste back to the phone in explorer.
Thanks for your time.,
<=== care to elaborate? started when I did Jakedays port of JB. Keeps going through AOKP Milestone 1. Anything I can check on the phone settings? Not an issue on 4.2.x
Must be on your end.

You're not restoring system data are you?
Nothing aside from that to elaborate on, really. Haven't seen that issue mentioned by anyone else.
If you "don't think so" you probably are.dont think so, i clearly remember it happening after I moved over to Jakedays JB port. Obviously to was a "clean" install. Its no biggie. Thanks anyway.

Proceed with caution as I am not the one who created this file, but there is an experimental bluetooth fix that should fix the range.
I have used it... and so far so good, but flash at your own risk:
