I had the exact same thing happening as well but noticed it was doing that when it was plugged in getting charged, when not plugged in, no problems. Could be just things settling in, I have not (so far) had an experience like that on the latest build.
I also have had the same issue. The infamous BSOD. It usually happens to me when I install a new app. But I'm also thinking it may have to do with the Cobalt theme I was using.
