Let me get this straight.... You reflashed to stock 6 times and you're stuck with a slow and unresponsive phone that has a grey-lit background?

Nonono here's what it is. I was on stock zvd and I flashed this rom. It boots up but when I use it , it is sluggish and when I let the screen timeout I try to wake up but it comes with grey backlit screen I can get into recovery so I flash a different rom but I love this rom do u understand?

You're positive you wiped everything? Including flashing the debug file? I would use the kernel that comes with this ROM btw...

Did you try turning off the screen-on/off animation? (In regard to the screen-timeout issue)

Other wise sorry, not sure what to tell you, never had any of those problems.

Would anyone happen to know why I can't put in ## codes in the dialer? I lost data connectivity and Sprint tried to have me update my prl by using ##72786# but it didn't do anything. If I hit dial it would try to dial it.

Edit: I'm using the latest build of CM7.

That only works on stock-based ROMs; CM is AOSP. If you have a nandroid of your stock or a stock-based ROM (e.g. Reborn on ZVD), flash back to that and update the PRL (can be done via the menu, no need for the ## codes), then you can flash back to CM7. It's in the OP...

What did you do right before you lost data connectivity anyway?

I'll try that. What happened was that I activated another phone (an Evo 4g) and deactivated my Optimus. The Evo already had CM7 on it so that must have been the problem all along. Thanks for your help.

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK ON THESE ROMS THEKRAVEN/1 YOU ARE GREAT AT IT, AND WE APPRECIATE ALL YOUR HARD WORK!

I've been running this CM7 rom since I got the LG optimus 2011 and have not had a single complaint or reason to try any other rom.

Where the heck is your donate button, you need to get paid for creating this and your CM9 rom for the Optimus S...

How can I add 2 seconds pause before dial an extension while dialing? I have been using Prefixer app to use it on stock rom but using same app on this rom does not dial rest of numbers. The screen displays that extra digits were dialed but it desn't go through. Is it possible to setup or something I have to do different to add puase while dialing?

Not sure about Prefixer app but using the included contacts apk enter the number then hit the "*#(" button and you'll see the pause button...hit it twice.

Looks like it's formatted for mobile. Are you reading it on your device? Perhaps on a browser that reformats?

Hey wormy do you have a white statusbar in all of your apps?

Mine acts like its transparent when its set to solid black and changes color depending on the background color of the app I am using.

Just to clarify, the most up-to-date version of thekravel's CM7 was uploaded on 3/7, correct? (I don't see anything more current listed on the first post).

If so, is the 3/7 version a *final* version? I'm guessing there must not be any bugs, since it hasn't needed an update in 3 months? (I'm having issues with Sprint's crappy ZVH baseboard and am thinking of reverting back to ZVD)

I agree with your guess. That was my thinking as well.
