The patch worked for me first try. I think?
What all is it supposed to do?
All I noticed is center clock...

Then you install a transparent theme like Orion by Jasonevil. In adw settings you have to uncheck the wallpaper hack. Then you will have a transparent status bar.


Curiousnoob, I'll try to use a different update zip for you. Maybe the zdune update zips aren't mounting your system folder correctly

So I have a minor problem here with one notification power widget button. the brightness button won't change after "auto"was selected. Now it just shows it's on auto no matter what the setting is. I've changed to different themes, disabled and re enabled the widget but the auto icon is stuck there. Any idea on how to get it back to normal?

If you tried restarting your phone as well; just a thought, you can try under the CyanMod settings, Interface, Notification Power Widget, Widget Buttons, and at the very bottom has "Brightness Modes," make sure auto isn't the only one selected.

Auto is for a phone with an ambient light sensor. Deselect it. Use another option f

Yes I've rebooted the phone multiple times. Already unchecked auto in the settings but the button is still there and it's always showing auto...

Are you testing it outside? Is the gps icon coming on? First try rebooting and wiping cache, then boot back and try navigation.

There is one setting in the gps.conf that can be set to 0. Or you can try the old gps.conf fix at the bottom of the first post. Just flash that file, then clear the cache.

Yes! I did that with launcher pro but i just used titanium and converted it to a system app. I would recommended just freezing Adw also.

How do I freeze ADW? I know how to remove it from system/app and put another app in the app folder and install it from there. I'll look to see how to convert it into a system app in titanium backup. Thanks!

Go into batch on titanium and scroll down to another launcher. Hard press the app and you will see convert to system. Then tap adw and you will see freeze app.
