Seriously though, asking for ETAs is not cool at all and can actually kill a project. It's also very unfair to the developers and to the testers who work hard to make sure that the project is ready for public consumption. Don't ask for ETAs, wait patiently and it will come. Nothing good comes from a rushed project just to gratify people who want it now. The same happened to a Nintendo DS homebrew project I was a part of and it literally killed the dev's interest in it completely.

In short, we are not joking when we say don't ask for ETAs. It ruins it for the rest of us in the end.

Over in the OV forums, we haven't had someone ask for an eta in a while... ever since I threatened everyone in the thread by saying I'd report anyone asking for an eta. Seems to have done the trick.

so, after i lost all my apps as a result of flashing inverted (don't ask me how that happened, idk) i wiped /system and /cache and reflashed 11a, camcorder fix, boot.img, and gpsfix v3. it's been working pretty well. my data issue isn't happening anymore. one thing has been driving me up the wall though. the keyboard is laggy (both stock keyboard and swiftkey.....even more so on siftkey). i don't remember this happening in earlier alphas. i have all haptic feedback off, just to clarify.

also, i did test the video camera. it records fine, doesn't force quit. when i played it back on my computer however, it was pretty laggy video. played with vlc

haven't had any wifi issues.

I had the same problem. Flashing reloadedICS over this rom will give you stock recent apps along with a few other customizations. Just Google reloadedICS.

Quick question. As of Alpha 10F, what's the optimum CPU settings for battery life? I don't use any graphic-heavy apps or games, just need long life. Thanks.

Kernel 13 broke wifi for me. Greyed out in settings tried every toggle dance reboot sequence I could find. Back on CAI 10.

I personally use 806/480 on demand and get pretty good battery life with just background data on and texting and moderate use.

I'm not on a11 but I had this problem several times with 10F. Make sure to mount /system in recovery before you flash the kernel .zip.

I'm on alpha 10f and the only issue I've had other than speaker phone and Gmail text vanishing is Facebook text disappearing. Don't use Bluetooth so can't comment on it being working at all.

Also just installed the newest kernel and running good so far. I also flashed the latest available can fix for alpha 11 and its working for me as well.

ICSreloaded messed everything up for me. It was cool and stuff, but I couldn't get adb or move files to/from my computer via usb. It just wouldn't work. So to fix that I deleted the reloaded apk from /system/apps and replaced the systemUI in there with the original systemUI. After a reboot, it got me back to stock status bar/notifications. Do you have the problem with adb and file movement on ICSreloaded?
