note to all regarding apps2sd:
in all versions of android, anything you move to sd will not be available as a default when the phone boots up, because searching the sd card for apps happens after boot. Therefore anything you want as default has to be moved to phone.
This is a drawback, but that is why all the new phones are coming out with more and more internal ROM memory available.
just keep that in mind when you're moving stuff to sd, widgets, keyboards, home screen apps, etc must be installed in the device memory. Also, since this is Clockwork Mod; if you have your default app installation set to external, your apps will be installed there first, regardless, so you need to move them to phone if you want the widgets and defaults set.
It is meant to keep you from loosing functionality on the device in case the sd card is mounted or dies.

well that was my problem, after all the time you think I would know better.
I've been looking for that option in the menus but cannot seem to find it. I'm use to cm7 so I'm still getting use to the new menus.

What do I have to do in order to clear up some system ROM memory? I just checked and my Optimus V has 9.89 MB left! :/ Are there any things in the /system file that I can delete?

Video streaming apps that require Adobe Flash do not work. Don't expect it to. Flash 10.2 (hacked) isn't playing well with Android 4.0. You'll have to sent your requests to Adobe. They decided not to include ARM6 support.

Wrong, I use an Apps2SD mod and I have widgets and defaults set with no problems. Your mixing up the Android built in apps2sd and apps2ext. Apps2ext changes where apps are stored to an ext2/ext3/ext4 partition which is mounted at boot before zygote starts, Meaning everything works.
Edit forgot to mention ext based apps2ext mods don't suffer from the mounting issues

My bad, I had this an TDM's rom confused. His puts it on ext automatically. I keep switching back an forth an sometimes I forget which rom has what features.

Ok, with regards to the infamous Bluetooth issue. I'm assuming they have tried swapping out different libs?
I've found there are a bunch of roms that have calling working, but not streaming. Is it possible to rework and merge lib files and get both working?
just a thought ...I'm not sure, can't seem to find a program that reads lib files correctly yet.

I'm not sure if that matters. I'll dig into the MSM72xx audio source (eventually).
I'm struggling to get useful logs out of the bluetooth stack. hcidump seems to cut off as soon as I start a voice session, with only useless command updates being returned (CM7.2 & CM9). I know I'm not getting everything out of the bluez stack in logcat, I'm not sure what else I need to be doing (maybe debug isn't on in the kernel for bluez?).
From what I can tell from the logs I have now though, the CM7.2 and CM9 flows are almost identical, apart from some log style changes.
Quick Note: using the BT Mono app (which routes music audio out over the HSP/HSP link) I am getting the same garbled junk, repeatably. I think that means we can rule out the vocoder and focus on the audio routing/bluez code, IMO...

Ya after you flash gapps you boot up then reboot into recovery and u can start flashing the inverted apps though the apps that you install from market u gotta uninstall first if I remember right..

I had was to remove old Vending.apk, and then install to system via recovery. Otherwise it would not install. Everything else removed the white apk first and installed inverted as part of the process.

I flashed the inverted gmail, and it broke most of my apps..."app isn't installed" when trying to open. and now adb install is giving me ridiculous error messages. idk what's going on. guess i'll be restorying to my 10g nand and reflashing 11a
