I have rebooted, nandroid and backed up a few nightlies, I have done everything I can think of... I may try the whole back to stock but man is that a pain in the #$%.

actually sometimes updating an app I have to stop a download and restart the download but eventuallly i get the update ,never any errors
other times it downloads just fine
I think this is a market issue because has happened on both the dinc and dx

Do I need to have titanium pro in order to revert back to stock rom get the application I want and then Bring it with me to cm 7

I'm guessing you've tried to install a different app and it installed OK? Sounds like a download problem for the app.
Send an e-mail to the dev that it won't download.
Also - just a thought since I have not used it other then what's built in... Could it be like TI backup and you have to download the free before the paid will work? I just noticed in the market that ADW Launcher showed as Free and not installed when I looked.

the ADW in the market is not the same as what is built into the nightlies.. earlier today I downloaded it and it worked but when given the option to choose between adw and the "other (nightl) adw" - when I chose the dl'd adw, the screen went kinda dark and wouldn't even work at all. I had to uninstall the free adw.
Unfortunately, I had to revert back to chads .3 kernel.... for some reason his new. 4 was killing my battery.

I think it's a market download problem. Before doing anything extreme... I'd send an email to the dev about the download problems and try again tomorrow.

GOOD NEWS.... I finally figured it out... I had to redo my google credit card info like 4 times in a row for it to take... but it did and now I am good to go...
thank you to everybody who tried to help me today... that's why I love this place... you all friggin rock.
on another note- I had to revert back to 23 with chads .3 kernel... my battery was draining faster than ever before. lets see what tonight has in store

26 is up!
As you know, 26 is up and running... if anyone knows of any effects to the INC, lets us know I have been busy setting up my ADW EX, since I finally got it working

So, I was successfully able to install and setup my ADW EX to my liking, however, whenever I would reboot my phone, I would have to 'restore' the adw ex desktop setting becuase the built in version was overriding the EX version.
HOW I FIXED IT.... I used my SuperManager app (like rootmanager but FREE), went into the system and deleted the original ADW.apk that was built into CM7. now when I reboot, I have no issues, and to make it even better... the ADW settings isn't even in the settings menu anymore problem solved, until next flash 
oh well.

What kinda battery you using? what kernel? and do mess with your voltages? I had to skip 25 because my battery was being eatin alive. seems ok so far on 26. and i have been using my phone alot today... i have a 1750 mah battery
New Tiamat added to the OP, looks like some good changes there. Patched up to the most recent linux kernel source, 2.6.37.4. Updated HAVS and some other tweaks.
Also added the newest Incredikernel to the OP, also patched up to 2.6.37.4. Also added faster wake times for AMOLED and SLCD screens.

I went from #21 to #26 .
I am using the 2150 mah battery I got from AC store I think.Also using Incredikernel 3.13.11 set on smartass mode 245 min. 998 max. I think thats the default volts ,didnt change them this time.I was using light to moderate use during this time tapatalk ,youtube, web browsing, .Some GPS too.
forgot to add the numerous sms(30 a day appx.) , and emails(30 a day appx.) during this time too.

Where were you able to find that version of that kernel at... I am running 2.6.37.4 and it does wake up alot faster but I feel like it is draining my battery faster too...I went from #21 to #26 .

From the OP .You can click on the info link (after chads name)there and still get the version I have its just not the lastest one.
The info link after chads name takes ya to the XDA website with the different kernels
