I have had real good results with battery life using chads 2.6.38.8- incredikernel-gb (7-6-11), the link is in the OP,,, but has the wrong date of 6-19-11 oops haha .When you click on where it shows"link" you will see the download is Actually for 7-6-11
I did not change the votage settings just switch to "smartass".

When I flash back to CM7 I know thats the kernel I will be using.

The latest Incredikernel is awesome, any battery problems I was having with CM7 are now pretty much a thing of the past. Defiantly try it out.

I'm using Chad's latest (7/6/201). I took my phone off charge this morning at 8am as I was walking out the door. Been geocaching, used GPS for navigation and Google maps, phone calls, text messages and a buttload of pictures. at 8:56pm, I'm at 51% battery. I feel this is directly related to the kernel I'm using.

So my phone wont go to landscape now idk what to do. I dropped it earlier today from about knee high. Didn't land hard or anything. But could I have f'd the sensor or something. Please give advice this blows

Do any of the other motion programs work like Google Sky Maps or Bubble?

If not - download Bubble and Compass from the market and use their Calibration features to reset the accelerometer.

no other roms, i flashed the newest nightly and the games and everything works as far as the acelerometer so idk. i guess is just jacked this sucks..

Try unsetting and resetting the rotation in the ADW Settings. It's worth a shot.

I'm running LP. So Ive flashed the newest nightly to no avail. Changed the setting for auto rotate and all the setting regarding rotation and nothing. Relaunch adw then go back to cyan settings auto rotate and boom it works. Go back to LP and all is good. Wooooo

So glad its not messed up

Yeah, we haven't had any major changes or upgrades in a wile, just some very minor bug fixes. The nightlies are as stable and as functional as they are going to get (minus 720p video) and the only reason I flash every nightly released is because I'm a nerd who loves hacking my phone.
