Since Flashing RC4 my GPS won't hold a lock. I had the same problem with nightlys back in the upper teens but then it was resolved in the 20s. Any ideas?
I am also using Incredikernal 3/18.

My gps worked like a charm all day, and I am on the rc 4. I am also using chads .3 incredikernel. I drove from jacksonville to orlando and back and had absolutely no issues with my gps

Try this. I couldn't find it in the thread and like you said the "search" was pretty much worthless. The site looked a little dodgey but I thought "what's the worst that could happen, it sends my pics and videos to some secret server in China? so I went ahead and flashed it anyway (after a nandroid of course). So far works pretty well. Even gives you 720p video recording.

edit: This works with CWM 3.xxxx, thats what I'm running and it flashed just fine.

Sooo.... I just went and looked at the TeamDouche Mirror site and what the heck is this tdud_inc_full-33.zip ??? is it the newest nightly? what does tdud mean?

WTF... the boot animation is different and now all of my Google app are not working... WTF... why is this .zip even on the nightly site? I don't get it. TehDuckUberDistro Settings ???? WTF is this.... why no Google apps with it??? Now I have to revert back to my nandroid of RC4... TehGay if you ask me, is it an april fools joke or something...

Sounds like your phone might not have like the new kernel(the one it bootlooped with) you tried.
Since going back with the kernel you had on your backup fixed it .

Its the Same kernel though, In my RC2nightly#31 I'm using the latest Incredikernel and thats what i was trying to flash on RC4 as well. Any ideas on a good kernel then, I'm looking for quick charge and good battery. was getting a good day on the incredikernel with a 2150MaH extended battery
On another note, whats up with when setting the default ringtone I get a fc?

Yeah, April fool's joke. Cyanogen tweeted that he quit Android and had sold all rights to CM to TehDuckUberDistro!

I am using still the incredikernel 2.6.37.3(3/13/11)
so far my favorite way good battery life on my batteries (I got stock battery/2150 extended battery)

I dont know right off why your default ringtone is fc(ing) I havent experienced that on mine yet.I change mine out to custom rings tones also.

Hmm. I was trying to flash the incredikernel 2.6.37.3(3/13/18) wonder if that had anything to do with it, I just downloaded incredikernel 2.6.37.3(3/13/11 and am going to flash that here in a min.
as far as the ringtones I can set custom ringtones, its just the default that causes a fc. I usually do my ringtone after I've use TB and gotten everything set back up maybe i will try that 1st.

Is anyone else using Launcher Pro with CM7? I've never been a big fan of ADW, so for for grins and giggles I reinstalled Launcher Pro and I swear I think LP runs faster. Seems the small lag issues I was having are gone with LP. Just wondering if anyone else noticed this.

I have tried them both and Have never really noticed a difference. BTY, you can control how fast screens transition and "lag" in cyanogen settings Im partial to adw ex. even though you can customize LP more. I just like it better

I'm glad to see everyone is still enjoying CM7, as am I. Even though development has slowed as of late, you guys always have something to talk about We should be hitting a stable release shortly, I know I'll stick with the nightlies though! Usually after a stable release they begin to add some more features in the nightlies again instead of just bugfixes. CM7.1 anybody?

I cant get rid of a splash screen... I have deleted it and place a new one like I always did in the past. I am just stuck with the one I decided to use last time... What could I be doing wrong? any idears???

EDIT:FIXED I had to copy all of my files from my SD card to my computer, then ReFormat (Fat32 obviously) the SD card, put all of the files back on the SD card, retry the new PB31IMG.zip.... and walla! IT WORKED. wonder why I had to do all that?

Not sure, there has been a couple times where I've had issues with my SD card in the phone, and the only thing that fixed it was a re-format. Good thing I backup my SD card contents to my Dropbox account every week or so
