So. Umm.. no1 has really clarified which kernel works the best for this. Shabby penguin? Chris41g control12, rc?? I just want one where EVERYTHING works..

no kernel is perfect but control 12 is not too far from it. DK told me Shabby uses chris41 source so it has the same issues.

can i flash S3 dirty from S2? cache and dalvik cache only?

mmmm never tried, give it a shot I dont think it would cause too many problems at the most you have to clean wipe everything and flash s3 from scratch.

but I have no idea thats just my guess

DK I tried a CM9 nightly recently and I had no LOS and the kernel seem to work very well. However I really like your ROM more.. well a lot more lol

Is there a way we can make a zip of that cm9 kernel and flash it on S3 to see how it turns out?

Not sure of this is rom related or kernel but you tube won't play for me
It freezes up on video. I am using chris control 12 on s3.
So I had tegrak overclock installed and I unistalled it and rebooted
It is working now. Not sure of it was removing overer locking or reboot that made it work again

WiFi looks broken on FF18 repack

shabbypenguin's kernel doesn't read internal storage and errors out trying to access sd card and share's the same bugs as Chris41g's. reinstalled S3 and flashed chris41g's control12 which has been really good to me.


side note: S3 seems smother and a lil butterier. . . is it just me?

I flashed from the July 20 release after clearing cache/dalvik...won't see internal or external storage. When I enter settings menu for storage, it FC's.

Gotta do a full wipe for this one fellas.
