Where did you find paranoidandroid? how does it run? any benefits over what we are running here?

I got it over on xda, in the optimus one, p500 forums. I can't say how it will work on your phone, but on my phoenix u have no issues at all. I use arjens ics-14062012 kernal because its the only ics kernal to work on my phone.

The only difference I can say is the tablet function. I love it. No black screen bugs and I have Wi-Fi. But its cm9 and this is cm10

I've tried several of the roms. They all work pretty much but I noticed you have to have a kernal for the 505/506 for them to work with no color or data/service issues because they aren't built for our phones. I used the stock505gb kernal for the gb roms. Only downside is I didn't have Wi-Fi and got a little of the blk screen bug but it was very bearable. No battery pulls or anything. 9 times out of 10 I could unlock the screen as normal or even touch the screen and the display would work. But my most successful was the paranoid rom, and like I said I have no issues at all nd everything I need to work, works.

Well battery life for me I think is great. And that's under heavy usage. I'm always on the internet, nd texting like a wild man. I do better with the ics roms because I can use Wi-Fi instead of trying to do it all over 3g. I say if I behave with it I may get anywhere from 11-14 hours and that's perfect for me. I started posting this morning on a full charge so by the end of the day I will have a screen of battery usage to show.

That's awesome. I'm sure I would get a lot better if I didn't have to use my phone for everything. I've been without my laptop for a while, so all of my class assignments, emails, browsing, downloading, etc is done on my phone.

What I did was turn brightness all way down and charge to 100% and wipe battery stats

Wiped the batt stats and on full charge I only get about 12-14 hours

I think the other things I do play a factor in it also. I turn brightness to lowest I dont use data unless someone sends me a picture. Also I dont overclocked I keep it at 480mhz to 600mhz under smartass

Yup. I'm gonna revert the audio system back a few days to when it still worked
And I'm messing with the camera stuff. Might get a working camera driver out tonight
And I'm building Catapult again

If you have a Thrive tell me. I've got a sweet CWM 6.0.1.0 for the Thrive. And its PERFECT!!!

No love for the Phoenix? Boooo lol. I never really knew what the difference between it and the thrive was but I see now.. there is one. I honestly thought all of the little optimus phones were the same except the carrier differences and GSM/cdma. But the thrive and phoenix are both att. Still learning lol.

Of course I love the Phoenix It's just that most of my builds are Thrive so I have the Thrive recovery almost everyday. So I tested and it's super nice
