setup wizard has stopped. settings has stopped. home dock doesnt work neither does the lock screen.

Did you factory restore/wipe data in the recovery before you flashed?
That sounds like you didn't...

i did the wipe and still settings stopped and the wizard setup also stopped. and the lock screen works sometimes. any ideas on how to fix?

edit: also no homescreen and home button doesnt work

Almost there with Google now. Voice seach still having issues. It seems to think I'm saying something even though im not and fails to recognize voice patterns to initialize search. Seems like it just needs minor tweaking.

That's in the ROM. No other voice recognition is working either. I'm starting to think that the voice recognition libraries aren't being included in the builds...

OK here's what I want you to try:
Download my first build here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/56064156/CM10/P506/cm-10-20120719-UNOFFICIAL-p506.zip
Boot into recovery and erase all data and cache
Install that ROM
Boot up and see if it gives the same errors. If not, then go back into recovery and flash my latest build. It should work perfectly
If you do get those same errors, tell me

Yup. Flash that and it should work

You must wipe data and cache when flashing before flashing a rom.

Current Steps to flashing JB.
1. Flash Rom Reboot and Launch
2. Reboot (may need to remove battery) into recovery and flash Catapult Patch
3. Reboot into recovery and flash GAPPS for JB

I like taking extra steps just to be safe.

Flash the new build then catapult then gapps. If you need the links, just tell me
And no, no erasing anything since you are upgrading within the same OS version.
Only erase if you upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 for example or 2.2 to 2.3
