So awhile back I mentioned my wifi would just shut off and when I went to go turn it on it would say error. Well now my wife's phone is doing it. We live off of wifi specially me since I can't work and all I can do is watch.Netflix. help please

Did you try different network sources. Try a different network, friends, public, enemies open network and if it still cuts out its your phone. If it stays connected It's your wifi network

I am the same way. I use wifi all the time. I am using it right now from my phone. Please make sure you properly wiped everything from recovery menu before flashing the rom.

EDIT: Just thought of this. Some people's phones don't take well to overclocking so if you are overclocking, try without overclocking and see if your results change.

I tried a dirty flash with no success and also tried pushing the wpa_supplicant file from a cm7 rom to try to correct the problem and that didnt work either -_-

Love the rest of the rom btws, my battery last me about two days now.

The thing is I know its not a network issue because my wife's phone will still go work. Also if I goto reconnect it says error and when it does it again ill take a screen shot so u can see. Is there a log file I cold look at to get more insight on why it is doing this. If it was just my phone I could accept that there might be something wrong with my phone but and my wife's phone is doing it 2 phone bought at completely different time. But it could be time to do more research.

Side note it wasn't doing this until we updated the phones.

Update: ok I posted a pic of what I see but also when wifi stops my audio stops

It is odd that the sound stops. Does the sound stop on both phones. Also does rebooting make any difference.
Are there any differences in your phone funtioinality.

Hello, I'm having a problem I hope someone here may be able to help with. I'm running opti-rom\ginger kernel 6.2. My sdcard is ext4 with 512 partition.I'm o\c at 806 on interactivex. I've run my phone at 806 for a while so I know it will run smoothly at that speed. Anytime I flash a new rom or kenerl one of the first things I do is run angry birds. I had read that angry birds was a real heavy cpu use. Anyway, now when I start a.b. it runs for one or two minutes then freezes and the phone reboots. Any help? Thanks in advance.

Ok so I went to go do the a2sd an wen I got done with it all all my apps were gone like I had no wireless teather no terminal nothing that I have downloaded or that was pre downloaded not sure what happened

Sounds like both of you are experiencing ZVH issues and not Rom issues. For the WiFi, I have made my suggestions above. If you continue to have issues on ZVH I recommend reverting to ZVD. This will put your phone back in a workable conditioned. Unfortunately, when sprint/LG released the update they didn't do much testing to see if the update was good for all optimus.

As for my suggestion on the angry birds issue, try clicking down some. You may be overclocked a little much for your specific phone. And people have also reported issues with overclocking since upgrading to ZVH. Again, its the nature of the beast.... Have to figure out what works best with your particular phone.... You may want to try "no frills CPU" app from the market and try different governors. See if that changes your results.

Yes, I noticed that too early on with this ZVH update.

Do this, dial a number connect the call and then hang up real quick. Then back out of the dialer and press the phone icon again. It will take you to the dial pad.

It seems that what is happening, is it takes you to the last place you dialed from, if that makes sense.

Nope. It may be a setting somewhere that I don't know about. Maybe someone else can shed light on this...?

The command in the first post I followed the directions to a t. Not sure what happeneed
i formatted the sd card in recovery then did all the commands then rebooted an then went to start it an then after it rebooted an wen it came back on all apps were gone

Are you sure that you formatted it? That could be the only reason that i could think of... I have never seen any issue with the a2sd that wasn't user error. I've done it myself too. Been to the point that I just want to smash my phone but it was my own error all along. Not blaming you, just giving my own experience with a2sd. I would try again/double check...

Iv done it twice once last night an then to day an the same thing ikl try again. An all you to to formate is just got to recovery an go to advance an select partition sdcard right how do I deside if its ext2,3,or 4

Yep. You didn't format it. The commands are listed on the first page of this thread to format to ext4. All you have right now is empty unformatted space. That could be what's causing the issue...

ya iv done the 5 lines of command after formate
edit wen I start the a2sd in one part it comes up cant rename /data/apps/*: no such file kr directory an cant rename /data/apps-private/* ; no such file or directory not sure if this will helo

Ok, I flashed back to kenerl v6.1 and the problem disappeared. Guess my phone doesn't like 6.2 thanks for the suggestion. Love all your work.Looks like Sprint has the wrong folks programing their stock roms.lol
