facebook not syncing with my contacts anybody else having this problem?
it says it is but none of my facebook contacts show up in my contacts :-\

I would test this out but I hate having my contacts from fb in my phone. Lol

after i flash Jellybro Euroskank CM10 [Nightly 2] let it reboot and sit for 10 minutes then flash FG31.

Just flashed it, 12minutes of Deep Sleep and no LoS. I find the best way to find out if you have any LoS, is to call your voicemail or Google Voice number (if you have Google Voice).

yes my wife hates it also. i have noticed that it is not syncing all my phone contacts also
have to keep looking into this i guess

30 minutes in Deep Sleep. No LoS with FG31 Modem.

Where did you get the FG31 modem/kernel and how did you flash it? I have been on HTC devices and was just given the GS2. I'm not really used to odin yet.

Rwilco12's E4GT Modem Repository
also i just used the FG31.zip and flashed it in CWM recovery. make sure you wipe dalvik/cache
then just reboot

That fb sync feature was removed on JBean. Sorry. Talk to google bout it.

DK found a workaround app on the Play Store works Pissah synced all my Google contacts and Facebook contacts and all my Pictures

BUG settings/advanced/Nexus s settings go to hit idle stats i get FC also Deep Idle and Backlight notifications are greyed out!

Yeah the advanced features have not been merged yet.

This is a port from the Nexus S 4G. Those settings were greyed out for a reason (Compatibilty).

I went from 100% to 15% battery life in just a little over 3 hours use and I didn't have any apps running in the background either. Wish I could get better battery life than this, I am also using Sbrissens Newest JB Kernel on CM10 Nightly 2

Give the ROM some time and charge cycles to judge battery life. Even without kernel sources, AOSP ROMs generally get better battery life than their doctored up iterations from the OEMs.
