We are still at the problem of CWM_recovery_all not sticking on nonvoodoo when you flash a new ROM. Mine also went back to blue after flashing 2.8, even with the EB16 kernel included.

If you like it, great. Just keep in mind that going to voodoo, or disabling voodoo wil be imposible without flashing a new rom.

Flash what through Rom Manager? Are you talking about sc 2.8? Are you talking about red cwm? Are you talking about orange cwm? Are you talking about voodoo? If you are talking about 2.8, why would you want to flash it through rom manager?

Now on the install with the red and green and purple and all is where I'm still slightly fuzzy. I have the app RomManager v3.0.1.0. How does this affect the color stuff? I just put the zip file on my SD card and then chose "install from from SD card" in the app right?

im running cwm 3.0.0.8, the orange recovery and i want to flash 2.8 through red. i try to switch the recovery back to red but rom manager says theres an error when i want to back to2.5.1.4

any suggestions to get out of orange and go back to red???

When you are in orange, go to the advanced menu and choose reboot recovery. That should take you to red cwm. If it takes you to blue and you still have update.zip on your sd card scroll to apply sdcard:update.zip and hit the home soft key. If that takes you back to orange you will have to flash cwm_all through ODIN

if he is getting orange its because he flashed rom manger and it placed a new update.zip ,,,,cwm all will work untill he flashes the rom
