This morning after charging all night, I activated 3g and tried to let the phone go to sleep on its own. It would always wake up fine when hitting power. After a few attempts, I put the phone to sleep my self. Screen would not come back up. Had to pull the battery. For me this only happens after charging completely. Was this happening on .7 or .8? I don't remember having this on .8.

I am running the Androdena theme currently. Might just flash .8 and see what happens.

Just had 2 problems that im hoping someone could help me with (very small problems i hope ;P ). At the moment I am running with SC v1.0 and I'm having trouble with the aosp Email not letting me add my Yahoo account. I've got all my other account synced up just not my Yahoo (which unfortunatly I use mainly). When i put my information in it pops up an "ATTENTION: Mailbox access is not supported for some types of Yahoo! mail accounts. If you have trouble connecting, visit yahoo.com for more information". I hit okay and it says it cant finish becuase my username/password is incorrect. Now, dont shoot me yet, becuase I've made absolutley sure that it was correct and that i didnt mispell/caps anything. And for the life of me it wont add that account. I've read that theres been a few problems with email and until i added my yahoo account i hadnt run into any.... And i've been to yahoo.com but cant seem to find anything that would help. And my second question is how I would be able to sync my facebook events/bdays with my calendar. I made sure to check if in settings>accounts>facebook and only sync contacts are in there...then i went into calendar>settings>calendars and calendar sync and facebook just isnt an option...is it just not an option in this build of 2.2 or do i need to add some of that TW crap back to gain this ability again? i had too many probloms with that theme and 1.0 i had to reflash everything and not use a theme. my battery would go down to 80% after an hour and was laggish and would have lock ups

I got yahoo working this morning on my phone by setting it up manually by choosing the manual option after entering the email address and password. I found the settings for Imap and Smtp server on yahoo, they are:
Inbound settings:
Imap server: imap.mail.yahoo.com
Port 993
Security SSL
Out bound settings:
Smtp server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Port 465
Security SSL (accept all certificates)
I checked the require sign in and after entering those values from yahoo on my phone my yahoo email is set up and working. Hope this helps.

I have it too... i thought it was gone after my 3rd or 4th factory wipe/restore and reflash. Everything else was coming up tits and I thought I was thru the woods. As soon as the install got about 3-4 hours old, put the phone to sleep and it never wakes up - just a black screen and only a battery pull or three-finger salute works to get it running again. Then it starts happening about every 2nd or 3rd time it goes to sleep.

I ended up having to re-flash the full DL30, then go in with root explorer, remove the bloat manually, and I then yanked a bunch of the cool AOSP and Adryn-modified .apks from SC 1.0 and replaced the terrible stock apps with them. Mail, Car Dock, reworked dialer, and a couple other plus I have the puzzle lock from original DL30, and it seems as long as that remains the primary lockscreen instead of the AOSP one, I'm golden. There's something in the modified power/reboot screen, AOSP Lock screen, and the battery indicator that seems to be vulnerable to this bug as far as I can tell. After 5 complete factory restores, data wipes, cache wipes, and clean installs of SC 1.0 I still can't get away from the sleep-bug. Anything after v7 appears to have the problem (on my end) and it doesn't matter if I run totally stock or restore a Ti backup file or not. After 2-3 hours of being up and running - it strikes.

You need to add the SNS/TW/FB package back into SuperClean. Not the full TW bloat package, just the SNS/FB one. Adryn has it packaged up all nice and convenient for you with the other downloads. Flash that in CWM and you'll be able to add FB syncing again.

that worked perfectly. Thanks a bunch. Hopefully it works for anyone else with the same problem too. now all i have to figure out is my facebook problem and my set up shall be complete

You need to add the SNS/TW/FB package back into SuperClean. Not the full TW bloat package, just the SNS/FB one. Adryn has it packaged up all nice and convenient for you with the other downloads. Flash that in CWM and you'll be able to add FB syncing again.

I'm back, by the way. I and another dev were helping the Samsung Continuum users get a little bit of mod loving going (roms, kernels, voodoo).

Anyone having trouble with gps locking?

It is only an issue if you choose to use the standalone GPS option without selecting Google/Verizon GPS assistance.

When you use the GPS go to Settings>Location and Security and select all three boxes..

I can typically get a lock in less than 20 seconds.

Got the force close the first two times I tried it last night, but the third time it worked and updated my prl. Don't know what the difference was except I believe I was getting better signal strength during the last attempt.

I'm running your super clean as well and I was able to do a PRL then I got a FC afterwards and my home and menu buttons stopped responding and I had to reboot.

Backup Assistant

Can't use Backup Assistant, if I press it, phone reboots. Readiung 1st post, it looks like it was removed in the ROM, but then there is a patch? Do I just load that patch via new red CWM and it works again? Sorry if this is dumb question but phone just now getting stable and would hate to screw something up.

Yeah if you want Backup Assistant just flash the patch with CWM like you would anything else
