You can flash version 2, no need to do version 1 first. Make sure you do a full wipe before flashing though. Best thing is to get rom manager from the market and install from sd card from there, check the box that says wipe

so i download de1ight v2 and go to put it on my SD card to put it on my phone...then i look and see this Kernel#1 and Kernel#2 Download...do i need one of those on top of the de1ight v2?

Once I'm actually fully rooted (hopefully later today) I wanna try v2 out. I was a little put off by v1 with all Sprint apps removed but since you brought back Sprint TV in v2 I wanna give it a go now!!

yeah.

You don't need them, but it will improve your phone performance


Kernel one doesn't have touch screen, so flash #2 it's what I'm using

i only did the t0ast3d de1ight v2...should i go back and do the Kernal now the same way i did the TDv2? as far as the TDv2 goes, i guess i did it right, i'm not sure...i have this when i hit menu...

TehMan, as long as the ROM is running smooth you are fine but I can see it is loaded properly. You should wipe in the future for stability purposes but as long as it is working, you are G2G. As far as the kernals are concerned, it is not crucial to flash them but kernal 2 is stable if you would like better performance out of your phone....but links work fine on this end.
