If you want to use CWM3, unzip and replace the attached META folder in the rom zip before you flash it.

wait what? do i need to do that b4 i flash this im in recovery and im glad i read this right before is tarted to wipe everything. im using cwm 3.0.0.8 do i unzip and then take the meta folder and put it where?

NO. relax dude. If you are already using a 3.x version of CWM then DL the second (middle) link from the OP, if you are using a 2.x version of CWM and want to use the NIGHTLYS version of WarmZ then YES.

One piece of advice is please read the OP thoroughly and read all of other people's post too. Wanda was only referring to flashing the nightly version of this. and again, as long as you made a nandroid of your last version of whatever, YOU ARE FINE think of it as an experiment

ALSO, I always take screenshots of my apps and upload them to Picassa (gmail photos) just incase.... YOU NEVER KNOW at least then you can see what apps you had.

just flashed said complete rebooting now, been stuck at the white htc screen for a minute now,.......

it does take a minute... you just wiped all of your phone data from internal memory Like i said as long as u have the most recent nandroid, just think of these things as experiments... you learn as you go....

I Bricked my first incredible (shhh, don't tell anyone) when I was messing with the radio's in HBOOT....

and if possible, what I do, is every week i copy my entire SD card to my desktop. YOU NEVER KNOW i have ruined a few SD's also in my time.

thats not very inspiring dude.... im going to rewipe everything again and then try once more, if it doesnt work then im going back to cm7, hell maybe even stock for min

Battery pull to shut the phone OFF. VOLUME down + Power. Do a factory reset/data wipe, then wipe the cache, then the dalvik.... then Flash the Zip file... It took me 2 tries the first time too.

IF THAT DOESN"T work then reload your most recent nandroid, at least your phone will be working

If you read everypage in this post. you would have seen that ALOT of other people had trouble too. its not big deal for real. Like I said, at least you got your nandroid... keep me posted.. I am working right now (sweet job right?) but I get off at 4 ish and will be gone from AC for a few hrs. youll get this, youwill

as it should just follow my directions exactly on the last page. 3 different wipes in total before you Flash this ZIP. I had to do it 2 times.

From start to finish (including all the wipes) at least 10-15 mins.

BTW... when you set up your facebook acct on this site. all you have to do is put (the bold part) in the box .facebook.com/ssethv

i tried to click on your FB and it won't take me there becuase you put the whole URL in your settings. only put the end of you fb url.

i dont know how to set the end url in facebook tried looking when setting it up here cuz i noticed that too, and there are multiple of my name on facebook so u cant just simply add my name.... so idk

I don't think you need to do a full wipe if you come from STock sense to this ROM. just flash over Stock like you would a new nightly.... try it like that if this don't work out for you....

I know you will like this ROM alot. it makes a difference on what CWM you use too... all in the OP... ask PVILLE assist also, he has way more knowlege than me....
