Rules or Controling sounds for calling on each SIM

I have a physical SIM (work) and eSim (personal) on my Pixel 4XL.

I would like to either setup a rule or know how i can turn notifications and ringer off on my work SIM after hours or holidays.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Can you use DND separately , like only for work or would it do for both ?
