S6 Edge Screen Protection

The issue is, Amzer has theirs on pre-order via Amazon.com and it was due to ship on 5-1-15 and its still not out. The question is, are they having yield issues, and/or issues with the adhesive?

Has anyone found a screen protector yet that they are happy to recommend ? I have yet to find one where everyone that owns it was happy! It seems as though this phone particularly is not a screen protector friendly phone! Alot of people saying they got screen protectors and they lifted or the bubbles never came out or it felt rubbery and took away from the display! So many negatives that iam scared to buy one lol The only two options available where i live are a bodyguardz protector or a spigen crystal protector which doesnt cover edge to edge. Both are also over €20

Hi there,

I don't know why but here in The Netherlands its really hard to find a screen protector for the S6 Edge. I tried ordering a protector online but that one did not cover the edges. I gave up searching online and went to multiple phone stores but none of those sold a screen protector for the edge... Even the official Samsung store in Amsterdam could not help me. I finally found a Zagg Invisible Shield (wet install) at the T-Mobile store. I was not sure if this protector covered the edges but it actually is :D

Installing the protector was really easy and I would say that this is my best install ever, haha. Now 12 hours later all the bubbles are gone and its (almost) invisible :P. This was my first 'wet' screen protector so I was a bit nervous about making my beautiful Edge wet, but the result is great! Its not that expensive (15 euro) so I would definitely recommend it :)

Ahhh and if you register your Invisible Shield you can get it replaced as long as you own the device. Probably have to pay for shipping tho..

Screen knight on ebay do a composite screen protector for the entire device back and front. Made of the same stuff they coat helicopter blades with. Wet intall and ive had mine on for 6 weeks now and its held up really well. £8 free postage. I had an issue with the back protector not fitting.propey and they custom cut a new piece and sent it out for me free of charge

I've tried a few wet installs and the best looking and easiest install has been armorsuit. Not much orange peel look and ability to move it to adjust it (I think their particular spray has something to do with this).. It really does need time to dry without using it, so I suggest putting it on at night and letting it settle overnight.

I'm using screen knight too and it was very easy to install, way more easier than the bubble fest speigan brand and cost half the price. Ive got zero bubbles but I did get a tiny hair stuck under the side which is annoying but as there are no bubbles I will leave it on.

It does feel a little rubbery but its the price to pay to have a scratch fee screen. No phone is scratch resistant no matter how much u look after it. Its alwaya the tiny specs of dust that cause the scratches.

Anyone ever use the tech 21 screen protectors? They are quiet expensive but seemingly they are very good and dont compromise screen clarity

I'd buy a couple of cheap screen protectors just to get used to putting them on again if your going to get.an expensive screen protector. Don't want to mess it up and loose out due to being a noob :)

How hard can it be to put on a screen protector? lol Are they really that tricky?

They are definitely tricky if you haven't done them before. If your buying the expensive ones you don't really want to doing a test run on something that might cost a bit of cash in case you mess up. I think I'm pretty good these days but I still need 2/3 goes to get it perfect without any bubbles.

The Zagg Invisible Shield HD Clear is in fact extremely clear and not rubbery. Had it put on at Best Buy and love it.
