Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Pretty quiet in here today. Guess Samsung is taki ng their time printing shipping labels
 
well from what everyone across multiple forums across multiple sites they would have to make the labels tonight or tomorrow to send out on Monday if thats what they are going to do
 
I keep checking and he still has a cancel option his says expected ship date too than says will ship by 3/15.

Mine is the same. Stinks cause I did a reservation to get the deliver by the 8th and Samsung won't honor that.
 
Samsung CSR will just say "it said the ship date below the phone before you purchased it "

I know we did too! And it said you were guaranteed the 8th. Good thing I found out about the no 2 trade ins at the same time which we did before on our 7 Edges and I cancelled my order and went to Best Buy. I asked my husband if he wanted to cancel and Best Buy on the phone said they had the prism white but he said no he would wait till the 15th since he got the free case and was getting the buds.

They are worthless. They don't understand what guaranteed means! Oh well. At least I will get the buds with the phone when it ships.

You're lucky. On my pre order it says to expect the buds by mid April.
 
Lady tried telling me it said guaranteed 3/8 while supplies last or something like that. I think it's crazy. I was hoping me and my husband got our phones on the same day and could mess with them together.

When is your phone ship date? I have seen a few say the 22nd. Mine says by the 15th. I think the buds are going to be a nice add in this year. Last two preorders I did was for the S7 edge and got the free watch and S8+ for the vr experience box.
 
We got the Dex with our Note 8 and I forgot what BB was giving away last year for the 9 plus but they ran out or something and he said pick out a case don't go over $60 bucks I said ok. And I got this tech 21 EVO case I like it.

I've heard about this no 2 trade ins at the same time more than once now. I ordered mine on the 20th and my girlfriends on the 21st. So it was 2 separate orders technically. I used my Samsung account to purchase both.

They are both delivering to the same address but the deliver to person is different. One with my name and one with hers. From the beginning mine said ship by 3/8 and hers said ship by 3/15.

On Thursday my cancel button disappeared and on Friday her cancel button disappeared. Neither one of us have gotten a single email or anything saying that one or both of our orders are on hold.

Do you think we will be fine or am I in for a nightmare?

I am not sure but I thought when we traded in our 7 Edges for the Note 8 I did it both under my account cause I saw It in my history and we were fine back then. This time I had reserved under both of our emails and just assumed we needed to do it separately but it would of been nice for the points to all go under my account.

But I called Samsung and was told that one order comes 1st and once the trade in is sent back and finalized the other order sends and that one order is in a que on hold. She said I should just use another address but someone else said they tired that and it didn't work. But I ended up cancelling my order and his still says by the 15 but his cancel button is still there I just checked.
