I ordered the black ceramic 512 s 10 plus Verizon. I have a feeling you ordered a more popular color, specially if you are getting the 128.

Have you tried the Powershare feature with the UAG case on your phone? I've already seen another post that a different UAG case didn't allow Powershare to work because of the raised back on the case. I'd appreciate your test results as well.

I ordered my S10 on 3/1 with a ship by date of 3/15, and this morning I noticed the "Cancel" button is gone from the Samsung Orders page. Will I get an email notifying that my order has shipped? Roughly, how long does it take after the Cancel button disappears does the product ship?

Fingerprint Reader = So far, NOT IMPRESSED. Very hit & miss.

Also my S8+ Screen White color is about 2 shades whiter than this. Natural Mode, the screen looks yellow compared to the S8+. Vivid makes it better, but not all the way there like my S8+

I found that the fingerprint reader on my the OnePlus 6T that I got for my son worked fast and 99.9% of the time. It was a joy to use. This fingerprint reader is more like a Steve Jobs fingerprint reader, and you have to use it "properly". Add the most likely finger to use twice into the system. Then use the fleshiest portion of it to unlock.

Cancel button finally gone on my 2/22/10 T-Mo 128GB Prism Blue. I also reserved one on BestBuy for tomorrow and was debating whether to cancel my Samsung order. Guess I'll wait for the 3/15 delivery date now.

The cancel button was removed sometime during the night. Ordered 2,/23, tmo blue, 128. Figure it could be here as early as tomorrow with a lot of luck but probably Monday or Tuesday. Says ear buds will ship with phone.

This has been such a frustrating pre-order that if the phone didn't look like one of the best releases in years, I would gladly cancel my order right now and keep my Pixel 3XL. it seems like everyone is getting their phones except for me. Mine is just sitting there with the cancel button still available.

Yeah, unfortunately it does not work

The only time I could see doing this was traveling, putting it on my phone overnight while it charges, so I'm ok with taking off the cover while doing that.

For a lot of us that had Monday shipments, the button disappeared Thursday, if that helps

I ordered on 2/25 Samsung site for US Cellular brand. It says it will ship by tomorrow. If it doesn't I'm going to either cancel or raise some hell with Samsung and get a credit. Lol

FedEx delivered mine late yesterday afternoon. Hit a few snags with activation on Verizon, and by the time I got through that and all the data transferred from my S8, I ran out of night before I got to play too much. Love the Prism Blue! Looks better in person, too, IMO. Trying to get used to the higher power button on the side, and like others, I need to do some more learning to get the fingerprint right. Everyone says light tap, but mine keeps telling me to press harder. LOL

Question for those who've received their phone, does it have the Facebook messenger app preloaded as past Samsung devices have and can it be removed or deleted?

Not on my unlocked s10. When I open Facebook then hit the messenger button, it takes me to the pay store to install it.

I agree about the fingerprint. Mine keeps telling me to "press harder", when I see reviews of just tapping and it immediately opening.

Also, i didnt order soon enough for the earbuds, but I'm supposed to get an "e-certificate", which you think would just be emailed. But the website says it was in the box, but it was not. Did anyone else get their e-certificate?
