Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

What phone did you order and what color? My husbands was ordered 2/22 says 3/15 and he still has the cancel button unlocked 128 plus prism white
I ordered the Verizon black ceramic 512. I haven't seen any more activity since.

This isn't uncommon with Samsung, they don't seem to go by order date, but in your case I think you ordered one of the more popular colors and model.
 
Update: So, yesterday morning I noticed the Cancel button was gone from the Samsung Order page, then this morning I see that I have a FedEx package shipped out yesterday. So for me, my S10 was shipped out the same day as when the cancel button disappeared (or maybe the day after).

Note, that I haven't received an email stating my S10 was shipped. Instead, I found out by a notification from my FedEx Manager Account. My delivery should arrive on Monday 3/11.
Does your Samsung order page show shipped?
 
I only have the Cancel button for the Samsung Premium Care. I don't have a Cancel button for the phone itself. I ordered an unlocked 1 TB Ceramic Black S10+. I made my order on February 24. Did anyone else order this phone and receive any shipping info?

I don't even have a cancel button for premium care, all my cancel buttons are gone.
 
Thank you Samsung for giving me the opportunity to purchase another gorgeous phone. This will keep me happy for at least another year lol!20190308_125542.jpg
 
I ordered an unlocked 1 TB Ceramic Black S10+ on 2/22, said it'd be delivered on 3/8. Still says it'll be delivered on 3/8.

Only problem is that today is 3/8... and it has not shipped yet.

Repetitives couldn't give me an update on when I will get it in or why I wasn't notified that my delivery date would need to be adjusted. She did get me a $25 credit I could use for a future purchase... But given that Samsung does not sell anything for less than $25 dollars, she basically just tried to repay my patience with an opportunity to give them more money and screw up another promised delivery date.

I'm a by-the-book guy, so I understand that the textbook definition of a pre-order is paying for something you will receive at a later time... The definition does not imply receipt on the the product is released, just "later." My frustrations fall on the total lack of communication... Both with me and within their own departments. My order number should be associated directly with the phone I will be getting. Whether on the shelf, broken from a pallet/forklift mishap, next in line for shipping processing... The representative should be able to tell me something.

Is it me or does anyone see the irony here. Samsung had plastic backed phones, everyone complained they looked cheap. So Samsung started doing glass backed phones and now most of us throw plastic cases on them. I chuckle everytime I think of this. Lol
 
UPDATE: So, woke up this morning and checked my Status; says it's been shipped and out for delivery today. Woohoo!

Where did you get that information? My cancel button disappeared sometime Wednesday night and I can't find any information anywhere as to what is going on with my order since then.
 
My cancel button disappeared some time between 1am EST last night and just now, 11:13am EST. Still says ship by 3/15/19 though, so I'll continue to be patient and just hope for shipping today.

Well my fed ex manager just updated. Shows they got shipping info for pick up, shows next Tuesday delivery. Card has not been charged yet though.

Take that back, says picked up now.

I got an email stating that my device has shipped and on Samsung.com Canada it changed from Processing to Shipped.
 
I just woke up getting ready for work... and just received a text from Samsung that my order shipped today.

It had said will arrive by March 8th since ordering. I also talked to a rep Monday that "confirmed" this. There was no movement on the order page late last night. Just an arrive by March 8th. After receiving the text it now says shipped. The wireless charging stand says confirmed and still has cancel along with the Samsung care.

Just wanted to update. 1TB unlocked Ceramic Black.

I agree. I've never been one to do cases 24/7. I usually keep a fairly minimalist case in case I know I'm going to be out in rough conditions or something, but that's about it.

The ones I get a kick out of are the ones who stress out over which color to get, and STILL stick them in an inch thick solid case where the color will never be seen again. hehe

I get a kick out of the color choices also. This time around just went with the black. I never used cases till the glass backs came out.
