Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Cancel button removed!! Expected ship was by 22 March. It changed status from Backordered to Order Placed. Waiting eagerly for shipping details. Does anyone how long after this do we get shipping details?
 
Ordered 2/22 with a ship date of 3/15 and my cancel button is gone, ordered confirmed now waiting on the shipping updates...hope you guys get something soon, Ordered a s10+ prism white unlocked.
 
I had ordered 128 GB S10e unlocked prism white on Thursday morning (March 7th) as a back up order in case Best buy screws up my S10+ pre order for Friday pickup. By the time I picked my best buy pre order I couldn't cancel the Samsung order anymore. Originally said ships by March 12th but shipped today and got tracking number for Tuesday delivery.

I'll decide which one to keep and then sell the other one. Won't be returning since taking advantage of the $550 trade in.
 
I ordered the 512gb ceramic white. Didn't really look that close at it when I ordered it. I just knew I wanted the plus model. The frame color is not noticeable; well it wasn't to me. The frame is so thin and the color is so fair, I really don't think anyone next to you is going to notice the color. With it being metal, it's going to reflect some surrounding colors I think.

I agree. Ive seen several video reviews on it and it looks different depending in the light. Some say it's more a platinum, or gun metal color!? I really don't care. It looks really pretty to me! Now if it will just get here
 
Those who are doing the trade in, did you get a separate email with shipping label to send back the trade in device? I just got the device shipped email so wondering when the trade in email will come. And what's the deadline for sending the trade in device?

You should be getting another email with printable return label and the return time is around 7 days.

I've received nothing regarding the trade. Ordered 2/27, 128GB Blue Verizon model, still shows ship by date of 3/15.
 
I could of sworn I saw someone mention this here, so I'll ask. I have a Best Buy store nearby that has a Samsung store/section inside of it. I could have sworn that someone said that I could return/exchange my S10 there if needed.

Is that true?

My husbands cancel order button finally went away too woo hoo! He ordered the same as you. But Best Buy for me and my Pink who knows. They are sold out and not getting in anymore phones anytime soon I was told. Only the E version is available. Last night she told me a truck with 60 phones were supposed to come in the call center told me they don't know and the store is too busy to answer their extension she just said my phone is not there. But I checked our credit card and don't see a charge yet from Samsung.
 
So get this crap. My pre-order still says "will ship by 3/8, which was yesterday. The Samsung rep just told me that it takes 7 business days to verify billing info on pre-orders. So Monday will be the day that my order goes from preorder to confirmed and then shipped. Does anyone know if this is actually true or are their reps just making **** up at this point?

Yes I do.

From what I have seen, once the cancel button leaves then shipping will happen soon after. My cancel button left Thursday evening but no shipping as of yet. Thinking it will ship Monday or Tuesday. I think they were blowing smoke at you, cause if you did a pre order they already checked your card for billing.
 
You put phone in its original box and use the shipping box S10 comes in. Print label and have to drop off at Fed Ex shipcenter. Sent my Note back yesterday.

Thank you. Don't know if we have the boxes for the S8+ phones.
 
My order was shipped today which I was surprised because it originally had a ship date of March 15th. I'm so excited. It will arrive by FedEx March 12th. The earbuds says it will be shipped in the middle of April. Now I just need to pick up a case and order my whitestone dome.


Does anyone know when my card will be charged? I thought was once the item was shipped. Maybe on Monday since its the weekend? I just dont see anyting pending and the hold was already removed.
