Samsung Trade in Program, how quickly does the process work thread.

Today is my 7th "Business Day" and still nothing... I'm getting concerned as well!

Finally got the email today saying that my trade in had been accepted. Boy, that was a long twelve day. : )

Yay today I finally got the email that both my S9 Plus's were accepted, was worried that my wife's would not be accepted because of some burn in on the screen, they received my trade in on 8/31 9/2 they let me know they were in possession of the phones, and just today 9/11 they let me know my trade in was successful it was my first time trading a phone in.

Mine as well Clint... don't know what is going on? Mint Note 9, packed in original factory Note 9 box, reset properly, step by step??? Five to seven business days has now passed ten!

I still have not received my accepted notice yet, though I guess it has only been 7 business days since 9/1. Still, I am getting anxious about it.

Stuck in my "Junk Mail Folder" from 2:40AM this morning... not sure why - all of Samsung's other emails have come through fine. Of course, the one I'm dying to get, gets stuck!!!

Don't feel bad guys/gals..Freakin Federal Express lost my pkg with my Note8 trade-in. Took it to local Walgreens to ship back, it was picked up the following morning by Fed. X & made it to Arlington Tx, said on truck for delivery. Then, delivery got pushed to next day and nothing since, been a week over due .. & never made it back to Samsung! Uggh, I feel a huge nightmare coming on!

Sorry! Did you try to contact the Samsung support yet? That is not your fault, they should give you a credit for your trade-in. It probably will take a long time to go through.

I am still waiting on my acceptance email. It has been 9 business days since they reviewed it, but 6 since they sent an email stating they did. Getting kind of anxious about it.

6 since which email? That "They had received it and would be getting back to you within 7 to 10 Business Days?" - I got my confirmation of "Trade-in Approved", 11 Business days after that email... just so you know Sean!
